Not been on here for a long time as tried several times to get back to 5:2 woe as I had a good weight loss B4, then got lazy and put a stone back on.
So today I have had my first fast day and its gone very well I kept myself busy walking into town and grooming two of my four dogs and managed to get rid of a headache that I had earlier on and drank lots of water etc.
I also took up running again and can now run a 5K three times a week which I enjoy and also run a weekly ParkRun on Saturday, not sure what day yet to do my 2nd fast yet and need lots of support from you all [incompatible emoji removed]
