Scuba you lovely chick @scubachick you did it, that's fantastic news, so sorry I have been absent for the 30 day Sept challenge, yep I'm still doing my dead fly exercises (imagine me in dead fly position! I'll post when I get to goal!) and knee exercises on the stair . Thanks for your delightful encouragement. Congrats to you , I'll be closely following your maintenance journey. @Stowergate - pilates is my next route, so let us know how it fits for you.

For the record: crayfish and advocado with lettuce (220 cals) - just now - a bit of chicken from Sunday roast, lots of fizzy water and builders tea though out the day. 334-500 calories is my fast day. Think I made it.
