Good morning all you fasters who are at Monday morning already (and if you're not at Monday morning yet, what's keeping you?! )

It's my first day of holidays, and my internal alarm clock rather annoyingly went "buzz" (wish I had a snooze button for that one!), so I thought I'd hop on here and get us started for the week. In the joy of reaching goal I must confess a bit of feasting happened over the weekend, so I'm looking forward to a nice rest today...will be interesting to see how it goes when I'm at home and not so busy

Good luck to you all today, and may the fast be with you!
I like the " Edition" title PB!
Will be with you tomoz for a Determination Day Monday ! X
Good luck all! :clover: x
I too will be fasting on Monday. Well, I suppose I have already begun as my last meal was a small sandwich on the train at around 5pm. I'm looking forward to it as I've been away for the weekend and really didn't fancy fasting whilst I was away so I've eaten for two days on the trot and am overdue a fast!

Good luck all x
I might be in tomorrow. But it will depend on whether hubby manages to bring me a piece of corned beef pie in or not!
I will be with you in the Morning. Thank goodness, I have a normal week this week. I had 2 sick kids, 4 meetings and a fashion show last week! Im not used to all that as I'm a stay at home mam! Back to the usual housework!!

Have a quick and easy day folks. :clover:
Good morning,

I'm back!

Thanks @PeonyBlue I am joining you in the fast today, my first for quite some few months. We have spring sunshine this morning, and I am going out and about shortly.

As I don't have breakfast (well, normally) I will just grab an apple when I feel the hunger pains, and then just have a piece of grilled steak and some salad for the evening meal tonight, that's the plan!

Thank you for the support and encouragement, I do really need to succeed as the scales have been quite horrific since Feb. Hi @Sassy1 Hi Sue.Q Hi @CandiceMarie

Happy fasting everybody

cheers, Maggie.
Oh, hello Maggie. so good that you are back!

I'm with you now, Peonyblue. Very impressed with your other 6 month post and the amazing pictures. How inspiring! I've had a big weekend - Hobart for granddaughter's first birthday, back up to Launceston, stay overnight in Lonny, then to the Greens State Conference - and then to the Launch of our Council Candidate in Devonport and finally home by 6pm last night. So tired from all that driving! But here's today, and I'll soon be off to my Monday yoga class. Black coffee here I come. I was very please with my eating over the w-end. I just find i can't over eat any more and after a decent lunch at the birthday, I was only up for soup for dinner and I didn't finish it or eat the toast. Big breakfast Sunday morning but I only 2 corners of sandwiches at lunch time. Not losing weight, but not putting it on either and hoping that summer will bring on some weight loss, now we've passed the equinox.
I'm in. I had a big food weekend, my body and I need to fast. :)
I'm in Peonyblue - thanks for starting us off and a big welcome back @Maggiee. Off to sleep but with you all in the morning. Long day tomorrow, work and then onto an evening meeting, home about 9.30pm. So I'll grab a chilled gazpacho soup and a protein pot, lots of chilled fizzy water and builders tea with milk.

Happy fasting, especially newbies and returners. :clover: :victory:
Just finishing my brekky of a black coffee while My Mr enjoys his wheaties opposite me. Love holidays.

Thanks @Sallyo, and impressive managing eating over a busy weekend - I was getting tired just hearing everything you got up to! Hope granddaughter had a fun birthday

Glad to see you back, @Maggiee - hope the first one back goes well :clover:

Gosh @scubachick, I just had a peek at your tracker (after seeing your comment my other thread) - you are so close to goal - well done you! Great motivation to keep strong if ever I've seen one

Right, I'm off to start on the mock-up of my dress...housework can wait til tomorrow!
I'm in!
Definitely feeling the need for a fast after a weekend of over indulgence.
Really into my running now too, managed a 6k run yesterday which is my best yet, really enjoying getting fit and healthy again and hopefully sticking with 5:2 for the long term!
Good luck all xx
Good morning all! I'm in today as well. My usual fasting days are made easier by choosing work days, but today I'm home alone (such luxury - I love it). Left the kitchen super tidy last night so there is NO reason for me to enter that den of temptation.
Must work out how to tag people. Sallyo, those grandchildren are delicious, aren't they? Such a joy.

Cheers, all!
HELLO,
I'll be in in the morning. I'm having an unusual problem in that I had some oral surgery Friday & will be on a soft dental diet for the next 6 weeks - wish I had realized that ahead of time. I'll be eating a little more soft protein than usual & am having a hard time meeting my TDEE. Never thought that would be a problem! Just don't feel like eating with the pain. This too shall pass :) Good luck everyone & welcome to any newbies.
Hello fellow fasters. I really need this fast as I overdid it with the carbs this weekend. Got to get rid of the resultant pot that I developed south of my belly button
Good afternoon fellow fasters!
I'm in today, I too overate on the w/e so glad to rest my tum today.
I've done my laps, and walked back from dropping my car for a service.
Visited Mum, fed her lunch, now home relaxing with herbal tea.
Usual veges and fruit for dinner.
DD is on hols so it's lovely to have her fasting alongside me today.
