Apologies for late arrival, but I am in today with knobs on. Had two excessive days in a row (2300, 1750), mitigated only by a brisk 8.5 mile walk yesterday (which made Sunday lunch and zyder slightly more guilt-free. Am amazed that scales haven't gone up, yet, so have decided to be very strict today. Have only had one home made burger today and a few boiled new potatoes, plus tea. Barely 400. Going out now to a quiz, where fizzy water is probably all I will have. Good luck to fellow fasters !

Have started running again after a period of inaction so that may help too. Feeling very hungry already though which is not usual as I don't normally eat before 1 or 2pm anyhow.

Same as me! I had an extra pound on that hasn't shifted for a few days, so I've been fasting today. I've been really hungry because I'm out of the swing of it now
Sorry but i've been too much in party mood today to complete a fast!
Having DD and SIL home,i just feel like celebrating
Doubt ive gone over TDEE tho x
Well done all you successful fasters..tomorrow you feed! :like:
I'm here although the day is nearly over. There must be something in the air because I have had an unusually hungry day too - had an oxo drink late afternoon which helped a bit. . Had Hairy bikers Spanish Chicken for dinner. Going to watch a bit of tele now to take my mind off things - roll on tomorrow
Had to change my dinner plans due to the overabundance of zucchini in the garden. Not a terrible thing, just don't anticipate it being as filling as a salad. Thought I'd sautee it in coconut oil w/a teaspoon of Romano cheese. Hope everyone else is having a successful day.
I'm in today!
Had a bad time on the old scale! For some reason it's been up 4 lbs all weekend. I don't believe it, must be bloat or something. How could I have a two week vacation and come back and be the same as ever, and then just sit around my house and gain 4 lbs? Anyway, I'm being very strict today and have had nothing so far other than bubbly water and iced coffee. I'll have some salmon and salad for dinner in an hour.
Good luck and Cheers to everyone!
Today was my son's 25th birthday; I'm very lucky that he understands about not changing my light days. Although I did cook for him (sandwich, scrambled eggs), and we are planning on getting a very special pizza tomorrow (called a Crostata from local pizzeria Pagliacci, covered in caramelized Walla Walla sweet onions with gorgonzola and fontina, available for only a few weeks each year). Yum!

Tonight I have enough cals leftover to have a snack of Peach Ginger sorbet and a fresh peach.
I did in the end, I am maintaining and didn't really need to but the habit is hard to break!
