My usual Monday fast is on hold coz did wed/ fri/sunday!
I must learn how to eat better when I travel. The food at this conference was good, at least. I've gained eating nice food, not the usual conference rubbish.
I reckon I polished off 3000+ calories on Saturday and 2500+ Sunday.
I'm just so hungry all the time and I love filling my face
I'm starving now.. I've had 3 miso soups and lots of water. I know I need the detox but I would love some creamy, carby meal.
I won't though. I am going to have a successful fast.

I think I've got complacent because I'm pretty happy with my weight now. How are you all going?
I'm sure I've been hungrier the usual on fast days lately.
Might be something to do with our change of season?
Bbq steak and salad.

I tried going back to back on Wed and Thurs last week, but by Thurs lunch time I had to give up....think it was my hormones, I just could not stop thinking about food.
