Have a great first fast @danalea73 x !
Im in today too. Back after a few months break and glad to say I haven't crept on the weight too much! Aiming to get back to target and a wee bit more over the summer months
Good luck fellow fasters!
My mind is playing tricks with me.. It's telling me that tomorrow would be a better day to fast instead of today; but I know that if I listen to that then tomorrow will never come! I'm keeping motivated by how chuffed I'll feel at the end of the day.. I was foraging in the fridge contemplating putting off today's fast and then I thought "hang on, I don't usually eat this early anyway, what am I doing?!" then I realised that it's cos i'm procrastinating over a bit of work that forces me to talk myself, which is uncomfortable! Urgh... is it really still morning???!!!!!!!
Yes me.
Im in too. Nearly time for my mid morning brew. It fills the gap until my fish and greens at lunch time. I am really cold again, even though its actually sunny and kinda mild (well, mild for Ireland, freezing for you warmer climates!). Im sitting in a fleece inside! It seems to be my usual fasting attire.
I'm in too after two overimdulging great weeks of vacation
So fasting today to get back on track...
I'm in just late getting to the PC today. Managed to get my jogging in before the rain came down.
Im in! 9 months into 5 2 diet, and two dress sizes smaller. Currently sipping on my clear veg stock soup, looking forward to dinner!
I'm in trying to compensate from an over indulgent weekend & probably some poor food choices but the wine was very nice
Starting third week of Mon/thurs. Just a tad disappointed to see scales creep back up after good results of Wk 1 and 2. But waist measurement seems to hold the line so doing something right! So far it has been a green tea, a fancy licorice brew, fresh squeezed orange, and will prob have a Bovril tea soon. Some homemade soup for later so just evening meal to think about.
Just popped in to say hello. After not missing a Monday fast for over a year (I even fasted on my birthday last year) I am going to my youngest grandsons first birthday party today so I fasted on Saturday instead. It will seem very odd, I am planning to miss Breakfast and Lunch so I can dive in at the party. I hope you all ave a nice easy fast day.
Hello, my fabulous fellow fasters!

Back on the wagon today.....after a week off. Only went away for 4 days, but had 2 celebrations either side of the mini-break.....so, in all, it's been 7 days of mindlessness (but lovely!).

Check out the damage statistics below! TOTM may also have something to do with it....but I am going to have to 4:3 it this week if I am going to undo all the scoffing!

In a strange way, I am looking forward to being back in control......

Sending get well wishes to @daydreamer21 - rotten luck to have a bad back, hope the tablets bring relief quickly xx
