Morning all!

I'm in today - looking forward to it, over indulged over the weekend - mainly alcohol! And I know with the long weekend (I'm being whisked away to Sydney for the 4 days by my OH :)) will be calorific. But I don't care because I'm so excited to have some time just us, relaxing and taking in the Sydney vibe!

Have a great fast everyone.
Hello lovely fasting pals - I'm in with you all today. Haven't planned well, so no idea what's for dinner. Something quick and easy as it's going to be a busy day. :clover:
I'm in. I've got laryngitis which is annoying as I'll miss a couple of rehearsals but I don't actually feel crook so I'm fasting anyway.
I'm in! Normally I'd fast every second Monday (not this Monday) due to commitments on alternating Mondays and Tuesday. However hubby has holidays for the next two weeks so plans need to be changed to fit. As so many people have said, this WOL is so flexible that it's easily adjustable. On any other eating plan I'd be inclined to throw it out the window for the next two weeks and deal with the pain afterwards. Not this time!! Vege soup, prawns, eggs; Not really sorted yet, but those will basically be my ingredients today. :)

Happy Fasting everyone!
I'm in in the morning & really looking forward to it. 3 oz petite filet & spinach salad w/mushrooms & strawberries for dinner - weird but tasty! Great weekend w/my daughter, shopping for her prom dress & enjoying some meals out while OH is out of town, but I am ready for Monday! Need to drink more water generally, I've been skimping because of scheduling & feel more bloated...quite the paradox! Enjoy your Monday, everyone.
I'm in too, it'll be good after the weekend's excess :)
The afternoon draws in. I haven't had an easy time. I wanted to work in the garden and I am very hungry. I have had miso soup - about 4pm, - and now I am going to distract myself by writing here and also writing a letter to my extended family. I am greatly looking foward to dinner. It will be tomato, chick pea and chard soup, with sour dough bread broken into chunks and left to absorb the tomato flavours. I've just had a call from the hospital to say that my OH has to go and have a procedure on Thursday morning and needs someone to take him up to the hospital, pick him up and stay with him for 24 hours and that is the day I have organised to drive 2 of my oldest friends - who are arriving from Adelaide and Sydney - up to spend Easter at Cradle Mountain. This is an interesting dilemma, It has at least taken my mind off being hungry.
Oh yes, I'm in. I am on leave this week and hoping the change in life style (de-stressing and focusing on my wellbeing) will produce results. Interesting exercise - let's see .......

@Sallyo best wishes to your OH and sorting out your arrangements for Thursday. :clover:
I'm in too. I had two great feastdays this weekend and I was glad that I could fit in my evening dress last Saturday . And now, up to a good fast
@Sallyo hope you can solve your dilemma easily. Your dinner sounds good. I'm defrosting some veggie chilli I made last week and a pasta bake for DS. OH is up in Cardwell, Queensland reorganising flights home as they can't get Townsville with the highway flooded. Oh good he just texted, they can get up to Cairns tomorrow and fly home from there.
@Kelkelkelster enjoy your Sydney weekend, it should be better weather than mine last weekend
I'm in today, my scale seems to be stuck on the same number for the last 3 weeks and someone liberated my tape measure from my bathroom cupboard.

Anyway good luck everyone and enjoy.
@ Sallyo- hope you can sort the transport issues! and not long now till dinnertime.

I've been in today, swam this am, then visited Mum, then drove OH to the airport. He's off to Sulawesi for almost 3 weeks helping build a children's playground.
I've had family up till yesterday so really need today's fast, like a few others!

Only me for dinner so a nice easy vege stir fry as usual and some fruit, with a nice Italian biscotti and low cal hot choc for a treat.
Happy fasting everyone.
hey guys and gals, i'm in too today! so far had a cuppa and half a home made cookie cause I was force fed it by Sofia! 83 cals for a whole one, so half isn't exactly breaking the calorie bank! Think there will be some form of veg soup for lunch, not a clue as to what to have for tea time! Will have to put the gears in motion and have a think, apologies if you hear the sounds of the cogs trying to go, thinking doesn't happen often for me! ;)
I am in today too. It is the first day of the Easter break for us. As we fly to Majorca on Thursday for a week away all inclusive i am busy getting the last minute bits together, hoping to fast today and Wednesday then a week off while away.
I'm in! Hoping for some movement on the scales this week but seems.unlikely with two big family birthdays this week, so I'm moving my usual fast days of Mondays and Wednesday to Monday and Friday. Feeling the need for a good fast today, I had curry over the weekend and have put on three pounds, so feeling too fat to wear my new size 12 jeans I treated myself to.
