Oh well, made it all the way to bedtime & then had to finish cleaning up the kitchen & bam! 200 extra calories in. D@%#. I haven't had an on target fast for 3 weeks now. Not terribble, they will all still qualify as half fasts, but I think I'm slipping back into pre 5:2 patterns & I've barely begun. Then I turn on a show like "My 600 lb. life" & wish I had just gone to bed early Guess ill try again Thursday.
