Wow, this just isn't my day. Perhaps because I'm very tired. Up until dinner I was doing okay, but then I keep sneaking back into the kitchen to get a bite of this or that, just can't seem to stop myself from snacking :frown: .
I'm probably already up to about 800 calories. I know it's still less then my TDEE, but still, way more than the 400/500 calories I want to stick to :confused: .
I'm in today, although the day is almost over and determined to do successful fasts this week as didn't manage any last week as I was incredibly tired and forget my medication on a few days so went easy on myself. Back on board and will make it to bed time. (Only an hour to go) will eat as healthy as I can tomorrow as plan to enjoy my food Wednesday (it's my birthday then) :grin: fast Thursday will definitely be needed. Hope everyone's fast went well today. X
So close, & yet...
Oh well, made it all the way to bedtime & then had to finish cleaning up the kitchen & bam! 200 extra calories in. D@%#. I haven't had an on target fast for 3 weeks now. Not terribble, they will all still qualify as half fasts, but I think I'm slipping back into pre 5:2 patterns & I've barely begun. Then I turn on a show like "My 600 lb. life" & wish I had just gone to bed early Guess ill try again Thursday. :(
