Good Morning Fasters.
I have had a wonderful three days drinking and eating my way around Sydney. I won't even mention the scales this morning but to suffice to say I feel like the guy in The Meaning of Life movie just before he exploded. Will defiantly be fasting today :grin:
I started at 7pm as usual. Let's do this :0)
I'm in! Happy to be here! My hubby just said I'm looking slimmer so that was nice. Its puzzling because I feel slimmer but the scales and the tape measure say no change. Weird. Maybe some things gonna happen soon.

I'm in today. New scales don't move. I have to let go of worrying about weight and just enjoy the fast. Gorgeous Autumn day. What to do? Pigeon cooked with grapes for dinner, divine.
I should be in but as I'm meeting up with some fellow fasters I might turn my day upside down .I'll see what I have for Brunch and try to fast from then until lunch on Tuesday.After all this is a flexible WOE and I am very flexible.Only 45 minutes and I must be off to the Melbourne Meetup

I'm on my third fast tomorrow (14th) last weeks went well and i have already done a list of foods i am going to eat. Enjoying being in control after many months of wishing i were!
I'm in...after a big weekend of eating and a few glasses of bubbly...and lots of cake...not looking at the scales this morning #burying her head in the sand.

Dinner plans revised. Just did a My Fitness Pal count of my roasted squab and found that it would have come to nearly 800 cals. No good. Squab, it turns out, are more calorific than chicken. About to look in the recipe section for some ideas for tonight.
I'll be going on holidays soon, and expect that I will eat a lot of chocolate, so I'd better be serious today. Made a vegetable soup for lunch and dinner tonight.
I am in today driven by what the scales said this am and always like a Monday fast. Will fluid fast and review at 6 pm but DHs dinner done so that will make it easier for me to keep on a under 500 cal day

Just about to make some chia puddings for non fast says. My latest interest learning about chia and seeing if it is as amazing as touted. Waves to our Melbournian meet-up gang do have fun
