Heucherella - don't forget to throw your bra into a bin for Lorraine Kelly who is collecting them for a cancer charity! Well done for making such great progress!

Thanks, @Sallyo. I think I'll cook and find out how good my willpower is. And I get to eat a small portion for dinner, in any case. I'll post the outcome here - by which time you will be happily having a Tuesday!
Hooray to fasting day today. Weather is horrible and was all weekend but it's Monday and I have work! Happy fasting everyone xxx
I'm in usual Monday for me. Good to see you back Bobshouse.
I'm in as usual on a Monday; have easily made it to dinner time but as I'm doing a zero-calorie fast, the delicious pizza smells wafting from the kitchen at the moment are making my mouth water... Looking forward to my porridge with blueberries tomorrow morning!

Hope everyone's doing well!
Morning all, thank fast day it's Monday!

Had a heavy food weekend and seriously need to leave it all alone today. Looking forward to this one. Good luck everybody :)
Liquid fast for me today and tomorrow, as usual. It's pretty cold here so had to put the heat on and even with it, I am freezing so made a 8 big cups coffee pot for today and tonight it'll be the usual light soup for dinner

Good luck to everyone :clover:
Good Morning, Count me in today
I'm fasting today - trying a different approach and going without breakfast. I usually have three meals on a fasting day, but I'm aiming for two more substantial ones to stop me from feeling quite so hungry at the end of the day.

Happy Fasting Everyone :clover:
I am in also..... thank goodness for monday morning fasts! enjoy....
I really wonder what makes us looking forward to "fasting mondays". It really surprises me as I always saw that as a chore. Now, I am looking forward to the fast days even if I am freezing cold (like today). This is really a strange thing....

Trying to make some coffee with a French press, which I didn't use in years... It should be interesting
I'm in.

Struggling today. I ate a lot over the weekend and I do mean a lot. After not having any bread for weeks, I tore my way through half an artisan loaf yesterday, plus lots of butter with it. I also ate heavily on Saturday and have had a fair bit of alcohol too.

Unsurprisingly I woke up very hungry this morning and now it's just past noon and I'm ravenous. So far I have resisted food but I'm horribly aware of how hungry I feel, much more than usual on fast days.
Just having my glass of milk with a bit of instant coffee in it before I go to bed. I have to check up on everyone here and see if the Americans have come to their senses and then it's off to bye-byes. It's really cold here today so the electric blanket is warming up while I browse. Nighty-night!
Done ready to crash

best of luck for your fast today:)

Nite
I am in today it's a bit cold but an extra layer will help. Only 7 hours till nice warming soup and an omelet . good luck and good fasting everybody.
