Fasting today?

Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.
Please don't make extra threads in here besides the daily fasting threads, if you've got a question please post it in the relevant forum or ask in today's 'Fasting Today' thread, thank you.

Came in to work, got shakey and trembly so I had miso soup in the staff room and someone called me 'the shrinking woman'!!
Ooh peckish now :( gonna be a late dinner for me too as I have school this evening and then need to go food shopping. Hopefully I will get in too late to want dinner!
Lil
I'm in, it's a long day for me as I've got an early flight home. Had a great weekend with friends and suspect I'm finally learning to eat in moderation! Had many meals out and didn't finish any of them, I would never have left food on my plate before 5:2.
Over the other side of the globe I am just having my coffee before heading out. Feeling hungry today so it could be a struggle. This is my first fast of my second week back and I am determined to do it. The day feels long!
I'm in  start of the day here too so good luck to everyone who is just starting and well done to those that are finishing
I'm in! Just had to throw a bra away as it is far too loose around the band, and my work trousers are flapping around my bum :D I am on a roll at the moment so here's to another successful fast!
I'm in today, Monday is always a busy day at work so, for me, Monday is quite an easy day
Hello All - I'm in too and am pleased that it's gradually working. My weight loss is slower than others, but I'm pleased that it's gradually going the right way! I also find that keeping busy helps.
Keep going everyone and have a good day!
I'm in tomorrow (that being today for everyone who has posted on this thread so far).

BUT I NEED SOME ENCOURAGEMENT. Here's why---I'm traveling for the rest of the week, and having not planned ahead well enough, I'm stuck spending some of tomorrow making a couple of big meals to stick in the fridge for my husband who will eat only dry cereal, peanut butter sandwiches, and raw carrots if I don't leave him prepared food. So I take pity on the guy. But cooking on a fast day is stressful! And I do want to fast, because I'll be taking Thursday, my usual second fast day, off. Boo hoo.
I'm also in for today, feeling really positive as I have now lost 1st since starting this WoL 8 weeks ago which included a week away in Italy.

Good luck to everyone fasting today.

Didee
I'm in today! Weekends are always the hardest when it comes to eating, aren't they? Couldn't resist that apple cake my mother in law made! :P
Hang in there, Wendy Jane. Encouragement coming your way. You have a number of choices: don't fast; don't cook; or decide to get on with it and fast and cook. Good luck whatever you decide.
I'm in as usual on a Monday - feels like a good start to the week.
I'm in today, but I was planning on being out and about and my son woke up with a temperature so I'll be staying at home with him instead. I have a pile of ironing, the house to clean, and about 10 pairs of trousers to mend (all my sons with holes in the knees) so I think I'll be able to keep busy!

Good luck everyone!
