'Night all, another fast day bights the dust. Have a good day you Americans and Canadians .
After not fasting since my holidays in August I am officially 'back on it' from today. Have put weight on and generally feel like cr*p! Am actually enjoying today's fast!
Hi everyone! I'm fasting today. Bought some coconut oil, so gonna try it in my coffee during nap time in a bit. Looking forward to it!
Good luck all!
@Debs - good luck in yr interview!
I'm in for my normal Monday fast. Hope you're all having/had a good fast day . :)

Oh yeah and hating every minute of it. You said it would be easier over time, but the only thing that has changed is that I haven't put one single morsel in my mouth so far today. Only water, one cup of tea without the usual smitheren of honey  and a small glass of green tea and pomegranate drink. For dinner will be ready made curry and chicken soup...
Headache (yes I am drinking water) and feeling utterly blahaha...
Cheer up Wolfie. I had a really bad fast last week and ended up with the most appalling headache but stuck with it. At least you have your curry to look forward to tonight which sounds wonderful
I'm here, just had a cup of bovril. Wolfie, try bovril or vegetable boullion if you don't have bovril, that might ease your headache
Fasting today too, good luck everyone.
I am in! I ended my weekend with a delicious dinner :) I am having my morning coffee now and for dinner some pork roast with ratatouille, yum!
Thanks all for the cheer, not that I get less fed up LOL, but it's so nice when someone offers comfort and ideas.
Happily the curry soup only has 325kcal/100ml, so I might sneak in a small slice of garlic bread as well:)
Count me in too. Have been very thirsty today so I've been drinking lots and lots of warm water. Feeling OK but undecided as to whether to do 5:2 or 4:3 this week. Ended the week on a high (a lower weight) but I've piled it on again and some, thanks to my free-for-all weekend. I really wish I could sort out the bingeing.
Can't believe it's nearly 4pm (here!).
It's been easy today, which is wierd, because the last week has probably been my worst week for normal-day eating, with poor eating and lots of biscuits and bread, and generally feeling not in the mood for 5:2, so I expected today to be hard.
However I know it won't be easy for everyone, so if you are struggling, hang in there! We can still make a noticable difference before Christmas!
I'm in today! Wasn't sure if I should postpone the fast until Tuesday, as today is a holiday and I'm off from work. Decided to give it a go since I feel so bloated from the busy weekend. Good luck to all!
I'm in too. Had about 120 calories so far today, soup, baby tomatos, crispbread. I'm very hungry, but trying to keep going until 6pm until I eat. I have weightwatchers lasagne tonight, usually cook up something for myself, but too busy today. I hope it isn't too awful!

I'm in for my first of the week. Good luck everyone
