Hello fasting friends,
I need a really good fast today! Only 3 to go till Christmas!
Welcome to any new people starting today! You can do it!
Who is with me? And what are we eating today?
Salad woth pomegranate molasses dressing for lunch if i need something then a tuna sushi roll and salad for dinner. Its hot here so the salads are making a regular appearance.
Good luck all.
Xxx julianna
I'll be in after my Sunday night sleep  looking forward to starting the week with a good repair :like:

Have a great day
I'll be with you in the morning :) I have had rather an indulgent weekend, so back to it tomorrow!
Good morning Julianna, I'm in after a company night out at Terrigal on the weekend. I only have two fasts before the family starts arriving for Christmas. Lots of silverbeet in the garden so a sitrfry tonight with that chicken and zero noodles.
Enjoy your fast everyone.
Hi there Julianna and all the other Magical Monday Members!
Christmas is almost here (9 more sleeps til Santa comes! For us UKers anyways..
the Ozzies only have 8!)
But still time to get some more fast and repair days under our belts!
Lets get this show on the road and do it! X
In too, but haven't yet thought of my menu for today, just thinking don't eat until evening today as too much has been consumed which was not of my making and full of trans fat sugar and carbs. So today will have to be very clean eating so @julianna salads are the go for us this week too. Simple, easier and healthy. Have a corned meat to cook the old fashioned way so I can have that with massive leafy green salad plucked from my garden methinks with a bullet coffee to get me over the hunger hump to that evening meal

All the best good fasting everyone and have a lovely day
I'm in.
I made some veggie 'cutlets' (OK a bit more honestly, burgers) today so I'll be having those with some baked beans - hope the wind isn't blowing in your direction @candicemarie as you're not too far from me straight across the Mersey.
OMG! I wondered what all the noise was! :0) thought it was foghorns on the river! X
hahaha the Bootle Cow!!
hi I'm almost in.I have so many social commitments leading up to Christmas that I have decided to switch to 16-8 until after the new year.I hope that will help me control any weight gain until I switch back to proper fasting next year.
I'm in today after over indulging ALLLLLLLLL weekend. Christmas is just too good an excuse :)

Feeling rubbish today - TMI alert - time of the month and I find the pains so much worse when I'm hungry, so I'm a bit nervous to be honest! Any other ladies have this problem?

However, I will power through as long as I can... I just keep saying to myself: 'It's not going to kill you, get on with it!' As I'm doubled over at my desk :)

Have a great day everyone.
Yep. Had a miss last Thursday and succumbed to lollies and mixed nuts on the weekend. Time for some discipline.
I'm in today....will have to make it a good one as I won't be able to do my usual Wednesday fast this week.
I am in for Monday and Wednesday again this week. I hope that I can drop below 12st.
