Hello Folks, I'm in for the usual Monday. Really hoping that I will finally see some progress this week (I weigh myself Mon, Wed and Fri, but always see the scales up on Monday - the day I log into tracker, presumably after enjoying the weekend a little too much!!)
Let's hope this week signals a downward trend.....

I'm in as usual on a Monday. Haven't really lost any weight over the past 3 weeks (despite lowish carbs as usual) and feeling quite disheartened so yesterday I decided I'd compound the misery and eat for England. My TDEE is around 1560 so I ate at least 2200 I reckon (I gave up counting after a while). Back on it today but I do find it REALLY disheartening and demotivating when I get on the scales on a Thurs and the scales don't move downwards (as for the past 3 weeks). I don't expect a massive loss but it had been a pound a week which was encouraging. At this rate I'll never get into the 'normal' category :-(
I'm in today as usual. Just as well really seeing as I had a over indulgent weekend Friday,Saturday and Sunday eating out with friends. Great weekend but I'm dreading stepping on the scales Friday morning.Hope I don't pay for it.

I'm in today...as usual. Just back from a little jog & weighing in shortly.....will report back later in the Easter Challenge tent...plus, I feel a blog coming on sometime today.

I'm in today too, hoping to undo Saturday's overeating: my interim goal of reaching 70kg by 5 April is starting to look unrealistic.

Haven't decided yet whether to go for a 450 cal risotto meal in the afternoon, or one v small (which would be two of my favourite Wasa crispreads, tomato puree and a triangle of emmental Vache Qui Rit = 95 calories) and a smallish asparagus and mushroom pasta.
I'm in for some reason today is hard! Fast number 7. Also going out tonight so it's going to be tricky. Have decided to just have a salad. Will prob be over 500 cals but better that pigging out on a burger which is what I really want!
I'm in! Back on it again after attempting to re-start fasting just before Christmas (epic FAIL!). Successful weight loss first time round (March 2013-July 2013) then somehow the weight crept back on... and more! So starting again heavier than this time last year, but almost to the week so hopeful by summer i'll be back in my slim clothes again!
So far, so hungry... :-(
I'm in today! Trying to maintain and need a fast after a week of birthday cake (I did eat other food as well!). Into the garden as soon as I can tear myself away from this forum. I can't eat with grubby fingers - that's the plan, anyway! :smile:

@Lizlozz, why don't you fast another day if you are going out tonight? Alternatively, have the burger but no fries and give the mayonnaise a miss. You should be fine. I find that salads only work for me if I really want one and am not eating one out of a sense of duty! In the past, I have been known to go without something that I really want, eat something 'good' and then because I am feeling resentful, have pigged out on all sorts of junk! :cry:

Thanks @stowegate I might try that. Can't swap as I am away for 2 days with work this week and not sure that I can control food on offer. Thanks for the advice.
