I'll be joining in the morning all you mighty Monday fasters. @Sallyo it must be amazing to hear yourself say "I'm not fat anymore" and know its true & you won't ever be again! I know I have the tools & the support to do this for good & it works! Happy fasting all.
Good afternoon all.
I've been for my 20 laps, ( yes, still boasting about that) Visited Mum, been to the doc for BP check, done some shopping and now it's time to check in!
@ SallyoThat is fantastic to be able to say "I'm not fat any more" and be confident in losing a bit more if you want to! Congratulations. With all that's been going on for you it's great to have such an achievement.
I'm back on the slow downward trend again after happily maintaining since before Christmas and a couple of hols, want to lose about 4kg more.
Usual veges and fruit tonight about 6pm.
Have a successful day everyone.
I am trying to do 2 straight fasts today and tomorrow with 500cals for each day. Today is difficult because I cant think 'I can have it tomorrow'. How do people keep their willpower?

Lil
Fasting today too, good luck all!
Good morning from Finland! I´m in too. Had my weight jummed for two weeks, but now scale showed good numbers. Happy about that! :) We had nice warm spring weather here for a while, but this morning -10 C. Hrrrrrr.... Congrats @Sallyo!

Have a good one folks!
I'm with you all today. This will be my third fast as I only started last week, but I can already see the improvements. Also, I've managed to get my husband on board and it's his first fast day today

It's Monday already, 4.3 for me again this week. See you all later for chat about what's for dinner. Fish for me.

Happy fasting everyone

I'm in! and so is Mr LJ after a somewhat uncontrolled weekend I for one am quite happy that it's a Fast day - Good luck to all :clover:
In today for usual Monday fast.
I'm in for my first real fast in over 2 weeks. I've still been losing via a fasting window but really want to kick it up a notch and get back into the swing of things.

I'm going to be staying late in school this week in order to catch up with everything I have to do so I'm hoping that will make me not want to eat :) I've also got a freezer full of weight watchers ready meals to eat too.
I'm in today, I've managed to put weight on this week. I feel very disappointed with myself, so this week I'm going to really watch my carbs and snacks and hopefully it will go down again. My Easter target is looking like it won't happen at this rate :(
