Just after 11pm here, made it with lots of veggies, roasted portabello, spinach, broccoli...ferretgal signing off for the night! 346 cals so far; might have a small ice cream...
Well done everyone, I'm VERY chuffed with myself as I managed a full 36 hour no calorie fast, actually it is now 38 hours and I am unlikely to eat before lunchtime so I am happy with that. I aim to do that every Monday but it does not always work out that way, sometimes I have a light salad and sometimes I just go for it but the two things that are set in stone for my Mondays are, NO carbs and a short window, well, let's face it the window would be short if you do not eat anything, wouldn't it?
