Almost done fasting for the day. Dinner is in the oven. I have to say it amazes me how easy it has become! Although, that's still only on work days. I'm not sure if it would be as easy if I weren't working. Anyway, I'm trying to get both of mine in before we celebrate Thanksgiving on Thursday!!
I think I went to the bathroom 5000 times yesterday. I just thought you should know.

And I still had a higher number on the scale this morning! My legs are still really sore, though, so I'm guessing its mostly inflammation weight.
Oh my, this is a wonderful conversation and I'm catching up at half past midnight UK time, so apols for not responding to you all.
@Hazelnut20 - WOW, I am SO happy to hear from you lovely!! Missed you so much x
@nursebean - two beans can do more than one. Hope all went well for you today. x
@CandiceMarie you give us so much - looking forward to our luverly meet up. x
Sleep is calling me.

I've been in all day (just before 9pm here on West coast US), will be doing dinner in an hour or so. Probably a veggie "chickenless" cutlet with lotsa veggies. Stuck with my usual broth in afternoon, carton of yogurt at 6pm. Still missing my fresh peaches. Our weather has gone back to wet; I don't mind the cold so much when it's sunny; typically, here in Seattle, in the winter if it's sunny it's quite cold (30's low 40's F). But the wet can make it FEEL colder, it's just penetrating and miserable. I can't seem to get the temp in the house right...too cold or too hot.
Oh yeah; Thursday is Thanksgiving here and I'll be fasting on Friday instead. Going to my sister's house for dinner, bringing beverages (fancy beer, champagne, etc) and vegetarian "roast" (we are lucky to have a local company that makes a really scrumptious "hazelnut and cranberry" en croute one).
