@Chocobunny,

It is always so much worse when you are bored. I work in an office, and some days it is hard not to walk to the vending machine and have a field day with it. Sigh. Stupid yummy food. Maybe we'll both make it.

Yeah, I'm really lucky. Mike is super supportive. I'm sorry you have a feeder. It would be super hard to watch someone else eat yummies while you were trying to be good. But, I'll be your support. You don't need him! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good afternoon all!
Well into the fasting day here but only just got time to post up.
The super chilly weather is making me hungry but keep putting the kettle on and it seems to be working for now!
Hope you are all having a good fast day - you hungry yet @Lizbean?
I'm on the fast train - feeling a bit hungry now (3:45pm) but looking forward to my chicken salad tonight. I've been keeping busy by walking the dog (3miles), a 60 minute session at the gym (including starting week 6 of C25K), and vacuuming the house from top to bottom. Good luck to all you fast train passengers!
On board the train, too. Feeling okay, it's 3:18 pm here, and I already calculated my dinner cals in MFP so I don't have to think when it's time to eat (breaded tilapia with mango pineapple salsa, asparagus, and some baby kale/chard/spinach salad.) hubby will have the same but with some pasta on the side (he's not fasting). Making myself hungry now!
Can't say my fast has gone 100% well, but at least it's better than the last couple of weeks. And since that Beef Stroganoff has so few kcal, I think I might go in under 600kcal for the whole day. But lordy me, it is like having a devil and an angel on each shoulder  "oh you want some xxx? Have some it can't matter that much". "Oh no, don't do it - not worth it, not now - you can eat xxx tomorrow".

Think I'm gonna raid the tea cupboard and see if I can find something calming
I'm doing a liquid only fast today. So far I have had small quantities of almond milk in two coffees. Other drinks have been tea without milk.

I'm not hungry. The day has gone well.

I hope everyone else has survived/is surviving.
Hope you all had/are having a good fast day!
I've just had my typical meatless, taco shell taco dinner (chopped veggies really) and a little Piggelin ice cream for desert, and I am full!
See you Thursday or next Monday maybe!:)
Only just had a chance to sit down and log as today as been a busy one. Up side is today's fast has gone really quick and it is not too long to bed time.

I'm in today and will be makingmy Hairy flan later ready for tonight. Just trying to recover from a shopping trip to M&S where I bought a lovely dress but when I got it home and tried it on, I realised I was kidding myself and I look fat and frumpy

Have a good fast day everyone xx

Bean :starving:

Hairy flan! Think I'll give that one a miss!

Your not fat and frumpy, the dress just didn't flatter your body

I have completed my fast today. Had courgette pasta with garlic ,chilli, herbs and soft cheese with a rocket salad it was lovely. Enjoyed a walk in the sunshine with my dog. Today was a good day
Thanks @madferrit you've made me feel better about myself! A walk in the sunshine with your dog sounds idyllic!

I've had a good fast day today, too, but I'm looking forward to tomorrow now!!

Bean :starving:
I fasted today. Today was a tough one though. I went over my calories a bit. It's funny, some days I forget I'm even fasting and others it's all I can think about!
Well done all fasters and my buddy @mikesgrl79 we did it!

Be back Thursday for more of the same.

I'm aiming to keep up with my gym between fast days.
For damage limitation!

See you all Thursday. :like:
Tracieknits wrote: Oh Annie, I don't know whether to hope you're not sick and it's the fasting or to hope you're sick and fasting isn't causing this for you!! In any case, I hope you're feeling better now.

@Tracieknits thank you my lovely, I still don't know what the issue was, I've done 73 fasts & this is the first time I've EVER felt like that, but I did feel better when I ate something so I really cannot see that it was anything else ....... it was so out of order for me that I thought I'd better listen to my body.
This is the first time that I've fasted when within 500g of target weight so maybe my body was saying 'enough!'

Glad most people had a better day than me :like:
I got through my fast day on holiday, here in Germany, but it is tricky when visiting family. I think I am probably over my 500 but it's got to be better than no fast at all, hasn't it?
@spanner

What a day! I was ambushed, honest - at a client lunch where peeps insisted I ate sandwiches. It's really difficult to say no, when that's the only thing on the menu  and everyone is looking at you ....

I have had more bread in the last 4 days than in the course of the last 11 weeks. I don't eat till after 7pm on fast days - so that just broke me down.

I'll change my fast days this week (ONLY) to Wed and Frid to be with my buddy spanner - yeh! Next week back to Mon/Thurs.

The last week has been weirdly challenging, it's time for me to get back on track, no more ambushes please.
