I'm in. Did gym session this morning so had boiled egg and strawberries for breakfast afterwards. Last of the homegrown broad beans with lettuce and tuna (not my favourite protein) for lunch and light soup for dinner. Sounds like a lot but I know it isn't. Not feeling as strong about it today...
I'm in for the usual Monday fast. It's nearly 11AM and I'm feeling OK so far.. maybe because I didn't overdo it yesterday.
Miso soup for lunch and then a small salad for dinner I think.

I'm here, but already have a headache, but its from sleeping on my tummy , favourite position.
So got to take pain relief or this will be tougher than it needs to be. I dont want my husband to know i'm on a fast. He said I did my last fast last week, can't handle my low energy in the evening, tough for him, I'm not giving this up. I'm learning how to do this better.
I was a grumpy faster, but haven't been in months, just a little slower in the evening , so not giving up on that reason.
I'll copy that Lil Smiler! I am sooo in need of a few fast days this coming week, as I've been socialising to the max, and my starting off a fast day last week went AWOL. :razz: Twice!!! :bugeyes: I had social dinners galore. Best not to think of it, I say to self...enjoy today I say, and to all of us, the fruits of our repair times. :smile: your health, sante, salud :clover:
A fast day for me as well, as I make my way home from Adelaide to Melbourne, after a weekend of indulgences (like others have mentioned)...
Will be missing lunch so decided to have brekky of fruit salad and yoghurt. Not ideal, but yummy :D
My weekly weigh in tomorrow, so hopefully that will help me stick to veggies and small amount of fish for other meal of the day.

me too today - overcast Gold Coast - keeping busy, need to sort out my none fast days too - on fast days I pre prep my food on other days I don't - Im going to try and start pre making salad for lunch early in the day when Im not hungry so I dont nibble at rubbish!
I need food! No, I don't: I need distraction.
I'm in today. Beautiful sunny morning here in Perth. Totally forgot when I woke this morning and had 2 cups of tea with milk before remembering it's a fast day. I like to save my cals for the evening meal, so I'll just gave to factor in a few less tonight. Have a great day everyone :-)
I'm in. It's grey and drizzly so indoor activities planned. Will be going out tonight though, to hear Tim Winton talk about his latest book 'Eyrie'. I'm liquid fasting so lots of water and black coffee to look forward to...

Sunny and much cooler day here (only 22C and 71% RH). The usual Monday fast on the usual disappointing Monday weigh-in.
Lucky you AiriR, he was in Hobart this weekend but missed him. Love his books, perhaps should suggest it for the Book Club!

Have a bad stomach so that should aid the fasting today!!! Drinking gallons of mineral water and lemon, and quelle horreur, actually sitting outside doing an assignment as the temperature is a balmy 19 degrees. What on earth is going on!!

Some of our lower class frogs spawned in some shallow depressions rather than the ponds so I keep having to go and top the water up and rescue some so they don't expire as the water dries out!! Reminds me of keeping taddies in sweet jars as a youngster and watching them grow!
I'm in and boy do I need a fast day. Skipped last Friday (work lunch), and didn't make it up on Saturday (party) or Sunday (just couldn't be bothered). I need to get off to a good start this week.

2 miso soups done and that's it now.. I don't think I'm overly hungry just a bit bored!
