Does liquid fasting have extra advantages? Seems to make a hard day that little bit harder. Although I'm doing ok today, except for feeling so cold. Can't wait till we have a good summer day here in Adelaide combined with a day of fasting.
I'm suffering today. I just cracked and had 2 sesame wheat biscuits with butter and vegemite. MyFitness Pal says it's worth 46 calories so all is not lost. I can still have a Asian soupy type meal tonight and come in under 500. I'm trying to plant pumpkins, cucumbers and zucchini. It's up and down the block, getting this and that. I just want to eat cake.
Oh dear it's hungryoclock. Sallyo I'll have some of that cake  no really we must not, we will eat it tomorrow instead. :like:

Oh poor you Sallyo, some days are just plain HARD! That wasn't too bad a deviation though, you'll still be ok.
I've been for a swim, stripped and made up beds, finished cleaning up after a lunch for 12 yesterday, and picked my sister up from the airport.
I'm actually really tired.
Need to fast after yesterday's antipasto, lasagne, mulberry crumble, birthday cake (for my DH) and chocs.Oh, and the yummy Cinzano punch.
Hopefully hardly sitting down for 2 days running will help the scales! :clover:

Wish I could share some leftover cake with you Sallyo and Wino'clock- tomorrow of course!

Hope the rest of the day goes well for all.
These fast days always surprise me :)
At 6 in the morning they seem so daunting but time surely goes on and as usual 4 o clock is here before I know it!!
Dinner in a few hours :)
I love this WOL/WOE so much, the compliments are just making me feel wonderful and I like what I see in the changing room mirror!
Lil
Poor Sallyo, that's no good, but you haven't blown it and eaten cake, so not a complete disaster! I pity you the cake fixation, luckily the tin of homemade flapjacks, gingernuts and date slices haven't winked at me so far. There's still time I guess!
I'm struggling too. It's only 235 and I'm so hungry. Luckily I'm trapped in lab until 5, so I can't really be tempted.
hi everyone
i'm fasting today too - 2nd week so 3rd fast day for me and I think it's been the hardest! Im just exhausted and starving. hurry up bed time so I can get up and eat!!

Just starting my Monday fast. About to enjoy my breakfast coffee. Storm still blowing and a busy day planned. This morning we are helping dismantle the craft fair of yesterday. Then home for OH to have quick lunch before vet appointment with seriously ill cat who is improving. Then pack up dogs and take to kennel. On way back pick up son in law and go to Mercedes garage to try and sort importation paperwork for my Smart car. Son in law is French and we need his help with the language on this one. Then home for chicken curry dinner and get ready for trip to UK tomorrow.
Better stop drinking otherwise my bladder will go into free fall!!!
I'm in today! Woke up this morning to 80mph winds. A tree is down across the road and our back fence has blown over! Busy day ahead!
I'm in as usual.

Take care all of you in storm hit UK.
I'm in! Had a nice party yesterday, too many nice treats! So damage control today :P.

How's everyone in UK enjoying the wind today? Here in Netherlands it's really blowing, they predict wind gust up to 140 km/h at the north coast of NL :D Good thing Dutch people are so used to this kind of weather, no harm reported so far.
Yes I'm in today need a couple of good+careful fasts this week as I'm repairing holiday damage of a 5kg gain !!!
My normal weigh-in on Friday showed me 1kg down so
4kg to go. Good Luck to all of us today :clover: Sue. :clover:
Good morning everyone. Hope the storm hasn't damaged too much. I hear from a friend in Brisbane that they are bracing themselves for thunderstorms. I'm in today.
