Hello Folks, I'm in today after the Easter break and like Danielle 21711, have gained too many llbs after enjoying myself too much!
Anyway, let's hope that I haven't forgotten how to do this!
Have a successful day everyone.

Morning fellow fasters. Mins just left for school, got the dog to walk, then food shopping, then washing and ironing, dusting, hoovering and tidying to do. But first I need a coffee!

Happy fasting everyone x
I do Mondays too! Have a pint of water with lemon juice and black coffee already.

I hope I'm not alone in that I look forward to the Monday detox after the weekend? :?:

Welcome back you ladies that have been AWAL for a few weeks you are always welcome I hope you have a good dat. @DragonsHeart I do hope you get to the Dr, and HE/she is able to help you it's no fun feeling down. I am in today, going for a walk any time now and in the afternoon I will try to go for a run. In the evening I am going with a friend to see the ballet A Winters Tale which is a film straight from the royal ballet. So it should be easy to fast with that lot going on. Have a easy fast day all of you may the force be with us. :clover: :clover:
Oh enjoy the Ballet Nessie. When I was at primary school a teacher took us to see some ballet at the theatre. I really enjoyed it. ( I am the opposite of a ballerina) People seem to be surprised when I say i like it.

I have just been for a jog ( I can't call it running) Wk2 C25K.
I'm in too.
I'm in. See you all later.
Count me in too. I've had a bit of a struggle with sticking to 500 cals on fast days for the last few fasts but was astonished to get on the scales yesterday and see a substantial loss. I'm wondering how but at the same time very pleased with it all. Good luck to all those fasting today.
Had a good fast day today. I went to a preschool conference and was ready to swap my fast day to Tuesday if the food looked great. No need- it was a sandwiches, pies chips mini quiches and as I enjoy the way eating low carbing makes me feel I wasn't tempted at all. Instead of having to line up for 15-20 minutes to get my food Icould just relax on a seat with my drink . And I had lots of lovely compliments from colleagues I hadn't seen since September.so all in all another great fast day.
Xxx
Hi everyone i'm in today not had anything yet apart from water and coffee, might have a carrot and coriander soup around 2 ish if i can last that long
