I'm in too! Fasted on Saturday, so it may be a challenge today - don't know how those of you on 4:3 or ADF manage! But I really would like to shed those remaining couple of kilos I put on over the Easter break (have NOT put the details into progress tracker....).

I'm in but will give into eating a mandarin soon. Not sure whether this is going to be a successful one.

I'm fasting today and feel really good about it. I had 25gms (dry weight) of oats soaked over night and cooked in water. Mid morning snack was cucumber and red capsicum. Homemade veggie soup for lunch and I'm planning lots of steamed veggies and salad for dinner. Not sure if I will add an egg to the mix or fish.

Hope we're all successful faster's today. :geek:
Hi everyone, I'm in too! Just waking up in Warsaw, I'll get a black coffee on the way to my seminar, Walking 20 mins each way x 4 will prob be the only exercise I get today. But lovely enjoying the spring flowers & trees here on the way.

I'm back and fasting today. Just having my first coffee, black of course!
Count me in too. Back to school/ work today after the Easter Break so all go for us again. Makes my fast days go quick as busy on them.

Hello all, back in after a month off! Put on around 5/6lb in this last month. Really feeling like I need the extra support at the moment!
Good luck danielle. I am in today but am wary because of what happened on Thursday.
Pleased to see you are all fasting with me today! This is my third fast, last week was pretty hard going, but today I am filled with energy and right now peppermint tea! How did everyone's weekend go? X

I'm in with all you lovely fasters today! Late check in for me as, fortunately, I've been so busy there's been no time to think about fasting.. or eating!

Dinner is some sort of chicken casserole - a 500cal serve as I've not eaten anything else today.

I'll be fasting Wednesday too, a hope to see some of you there too!

Feeling back on track :smile:
