I'm in today. So glad you're back @pinchypops. Hope the move went well. Now, we've got just enough time to make a difference before summer is here, let's get to it pinchy and impress ourselves, a couple of young uns like us should have no problem, we can sooooo do this. (haha I still think I'm young, I can dream :) ) I had a bit of a bad week last week (fastwise) so I'm going to make this week a really good one with a 4:3 and low carb. I'm not too sure about carbs in veg and stuff and I'm not going to be obsessively counting or anything but will be cutting right back on bread, potatoes, pasta etc. Oh and sugar of course. Have a great fast everyone. :)

Good morning. I'm in. I have a busy day and week ahead, so hopefully my fast will be easy! Had an egg mug for breakfast and nothing more except liquid (hopefully!) Sometimes if I really need it, I'll have a rice cake with peanut butter as an afternoon snack.

Have a good fast everyone!
Just eating a lickle bowl of soup....on my first fast of the week. Hoping to manage 2 more this week.....

Good luck each & every one of you - we can do it!!

Have a great day xx

I'm in today and feeling unusually hungry today
A bit wobbly so had a banana, my evening meal is 343kcals so feel ok. Also had a mug of oxo, a special treat as cannot get oxo here! Feel I can hold out now. Off to order wood for stairs and also do food shopping.
Well that's my day done. Hope everyone is doing ok.
Night night @wineoclock! It's only 1.25pm here so a bit to go yet ...

I've just had my skinny salad, a bit earlier than usual, but that's OK as I'll be busy this pm. Then a bowl of soup and out to choir practice.

I hope everyone's enjoying a good Monday fast  :clover: :like:
@lizzieh - I am just back from choir practice!!

And pleased that my fast day is almost at an end :) Although I generally don't find fasts difficult, and I love how I feel the next morning, I do still look forward to being able to enjoy a larger quantity of food! :)

Wishing those of you still going a good fast day :D
@Brand-ie I will enjoy the ballet I always come home feeling as if I could float. I have never been a great dancer myself I'm a bit clumpy. enjoy the couch 25 k I did it last year and still get kick out of running for 30min or more. I am just back from a run 30 min it is 19deg up north here lovely and free running in a vest top and leggings compared to the jiggers, fleeces and waterproofs that is the norm for the winter.
