ooh good luck @Klipspringer sounds like a pretty intensive week for you. Should be good, though, shouldn't it? Keep your mind occupied? Hope its a quick week for you.

I'm in. Going in to my 4th week of 5:2. Have lost 2.5 kilos although I've missed one fast due to sickness and had 2 weekends of binging, so I'm really happy with the result so far. I find the fast days quite easy. If I could only get control over my weekend binging it will be even better :)
Sounds like its going pretty well for you @Cyan Yes, those pesky "feast days" get in the way, don't they...thats why I prefer ADF. Each day I'm hungry I know I can eat what I want TOMORROW! Which is never far away (she kids herself!)

Hello one and all and sorry to hear about your sad news MelbMandy.
I'm in and (hopefully!) doing a raw food fast day, so salads all the way. Shame about the weather - not salad days!
I have lined up: tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion, lettuce, fennel, celeriac, lemons, courgette, celery and an orange.
Do nuts count as raw food? Hope so, as I shall be adding a handful of walnuts.
@otter the only time I have seen otters in the wild was about 30 years ago near Ullapool in the North West of Scotland. Lovely creatures.
I'm in, good luck all, hope your hunger stays away.

I've had so much junk over the weekend, a fast day is very welcome indeed :D
My Monday maintenance fast is really a part of my life now its nearly a year for me since starting this fantastic WOE, for you newbies keep it up it really does work
Can I join you?. Today is my first fast ever! I don't normally eat till about 11/12 most days so I'm going to have something small then a low calorie meal about 7. Hopefully that'll start me off on the right path x
Good luck, tweedledee (great moniker!) and let us know how you get on!
I'm in for my first fast of the week. :coffee:
Morning all, I'm in for my usual Monday fast.
Good luck everyone x
aaarrrggghhhh...... fasting today and a colleague just plonked a large homemade cranberry and walnut muffin plus peppermint tea in front of me .... MUST NOT EAT MUFFIN!!
I am supposed to fast today. But, I am off from work since school is closed for a snow day. It's going to be a hard day to fast. I'd move it to tomorrow, but I'm donating blood tomorrow. Hmmm. I think I'm going to have to try to do it today anyway!
I'm in today - I have a week off next week (a staycation in with hubby) so i know it will be laden with food and wine so am thinking of having 3 fast days this week and 3 the week after my time off to try and compensate. Not sure if this can work that way but I'm going to try and see if it does. Good luck everyone! x
I'm in. Struggling a little today, feeling a bit low. Not least because I seem to have put a pound on since my last weigh in. But have got my period so hoping it is water retention... Will weigh again tomorrow and hope I feel a bit brighter!
After a HUGE meal yesterday I am giving my system a rest today so, liquid only for me

Ballerina x
