I have just had my dinner ( saved all my calories only drank water all day) It was a Butternut squash carbonara ( I made it following about 4 different recipes) and it was scrummy. I have never eaten butternut squash before. My Husband had it with me and he loved it too. I even have enough calories left over for small dessert.
I was doing fine with water & coffee until tempted by a friend offering me an iced bun & a Viennese whirl  so I succumbed & made it a 700 calorie day & will eat my M & S fuller longer meal & have a proper fast on Wednesday making it a modified 4:3 week this week. That is what is so good about this WOE the flexibility when a social happening intervenes
Phew... That's Monday done!
I've been in today too! Done V well thanks to some very thorough planning... it's these last 3 hours before bed that'll be the struggle...!! May have some red cabbage as a snack, mmm xx
Ok, I have had all my calories and I am a bit hungry.
I am drinking some tea with some skimmed milk in it to try and stave off hunger.....
Then in about three hours it won't be a problem anymore.....
Wish me luck xxx
I'm in today too - just finished my fast meal of thai prawn curry. Trying to very good today as things have not gone well since Christmas. I think a bit of over eating on feed days and maybe not sticking to 500 cals on fast ones.
I've done really well today, eating nothing until 6:30, meaning I've gone 25 hours since last eating! I've enjoyed loads of roasted veg, a little pasta and pesto and I've got over 100 cals left for a slice of toast later.

I've done loads of walking and swimming too - it's easier this Monday than last
Hi everyone.
Just thought I'd pop in see how everyone is doing today. This is my 10th fast and doing well today so far. Been keeping myself busy but now I'm relaxing by the fire things are getting tough. Will keep sipping the peppermint tea and hope I can hold out. Not long to go.
I'm in.... this will be my 6th fast day. Boiled egg this afternoon with 1 slice of wholemeal bread and grilled chicken salad for dinner and i'm stuffed :)
I was here today, nearly bed time now.
Well done everyone :) Just wanted to take a selfish mo to say I'm very proud of myself for my success today! I've not been v good the past week or two, lots of emotional eating dispite exercising lots. But I've done today perfectly to plan, and hoping this is the start of a good week :) hope everyone else is feeling positive xxx
:) of course I've fasted today! Back after an extravagent weekend!
Finished my days fast and I'm headed to sleep. It went well, I think I got to 550 calories which I'm really pleased with. It's amazing what the mind can do!! Well done everyone else and good luck to anyone left on the west coast

Thank you Caitlin. Im recovering rather well though I'm still not allowed to exert myself so I'm house bound, going a little bit stir crazy with cabin fever and turning to food for comfort. I completed todays fast ok, I was planning to do a zero calorie fast today but I figured its best to give my body some calories since I'm still less than 2 weeks from when I had surgery

I admire anyone who can do zero calories; well done!
