Hey everyone!
Usual Monday fast today after three days of 'feasting'. Too much booze and bad food choices but I don't feel like I've overeaten or stuffed myself silly which makes a change.
Who else is in?
Herbal teas all day until I get home and have a small portion of whatever the boyfriend is having.

I feel brave enough to put some before and afters on a bit later if anyone else is interested :)
Have a great day.

Yo Lilsmiler i am in!
Good luck to us and all our fellow fasters for a merry monday of repairing! X

Ps yeh deffo put up some piccies! X
I'm in, too. I ate my weight in cheese fondue yesterday, and drank it in wine, so I'm looking forward to this fast!

Do post the before and after photos.
Maryann that sounds delicious! Yummy.
I enjoyed the loveliest, bluest steak with Stilton melted on top, with baby peppers stuffed with cheese. Delicious!

First fast for 2 weeks after my amazing holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia. I ate everything in sight and drank the country dry. I'm up about 2.5 kilos so hoping a couple of fasts will see a downward trend.
Good fasting everyone
I'll be in tomorrow, but right now don't feel like it one bit.
Have a good day peeps! :clover:
Hi Lil,
Let's do it! I'm pumped! Monday, wednesday and friday for me as I'm off to Phuket on Saturday. Woohoo! I can't believe it. Just bought myself a new cheap mini tablet yesterday (after water damaging my original tablet) so I can have fun surfing the web and keeping up with our wonderful forum while relaxing. Aaaahhhhh.
Also was happy to buy a black flowy beach dress and white tshirt in a size 16 instead of 18.size 16 pants dont quite fit but they will soon. All in all for once a positive experience in a change room where I could tell I looked visibly smaller. Yeh. It is working!
I would LOVE to see you photos. Yes please.:-)
Xxx julianna
@julianna, have a wonderful holiday. Congrats on the size 16, your doing fantastically well, I think a bit of shopping in Phuket will be necessary but dont forget to buy smaller as you are shrinking out of your clothes!!!
Don't worry about the 2.5 kg @Wineoclock. As you know I've been researching (nosily asking everybody) how they changed their WOE to adapt to holidays. Most people found that the extra weight that showed once arriving home was gone between 1-2 weeks of getting back to 5.2 and I'm sure that will happen to you too. It sounds like you had a amazing time.
x julianna
P.s. i just saw you post . thanks @Wineoclock. I dont plan to buy much for me as Asian sizes are tiny but will have fun bying clothes for my 3 teenagers that I'm leaving behind with Grandma. My 19 year old daughter is worried my Mum will follow her around with a brush trying to fix her hair and feed her before uni like she did 2 years ago when I went to NZ with hubs :-)
 :clover:
Hahaha @julianna just picturing Granny chasing your daughter around trying to feed her and brush her hair at the same time! Tell your daughter she's lucky to have Gran look after her. My 20 year old son had to do the cooking while we were away as his sister works long hours. They survived although our daughter has enjoyed us home and cooking something other than steak and chips
Not worried about the weight gain but this weekend were off for a few days eating and drinking at my inlaws. So hoping for a bit of a drop before I do even more damage.
Me too Kata. I've already had a coffee and I'm on my fourth herbal tea which has taken the edge of.
Not too worried at the moment but I feel like I'm going to cave when I've finished work and at home watching TV with the boyfriend :/
Lil
I'm in today too, usual Monday fast for me and my DH.
So glad to have found this WoE, and this forum, happy days! And Spring is coming.... a bit later in Tasmania than the rest of Oz obviously but beautiful here this morning and I feel like singing! (well actually I am already) Good job this is not skype.

Hope all of us fasting/repairing today have a good one. :geek:
I'm in! Am up late here in London but off to bed soon - then coffee, water, coffee, tea, water - miso soup and an apple for lunch - and a nice Hairy Diesters Omelette and salad for dinner....
Have a good day, folks
I'm already started on this springtime Monday. I had a gorgeous SWIM at the ocean pool near us, very spa it was too. Fridge like but not freezer! I'm a bit crankypants I must say, but can't blame the fast. I'd only just had my am cuppa, (with milk), so it wasn't that I was a fasting crankpot really, just a mean-bean, all my own invention. Now I'm happily apologising to OH and thinking about a light mood helping nutrient other than chocolate timtams. I've well pressed the menopause button btb so it would have to be like a phantom limb/hormonal flush. Ah well, regards all. A mega Vit B will be taken by mouth asap.
