Happy Monday fast y'all
Good luck everyone!
Good luck everyone, hope your day goes well.
I'm changing to 4:3 this week as I feel so panicked now at how the weekend went despite running 18 miles on sat. Have a party Sat night and a wedding the weekend after and I just don't want to go now. Really upset
Was going to make chocolate muffins for hubby's lunch box (and to test my will power), but just realised I wouldn't be able to lick the spoon - so I'm making them tomorrow instead... when I can lick the spoon, the bowl, the whisks and anything else that springs to mind .
"Happy Fasting" peoples .
Just had a little cold salmon with Hellmans lightest and a tomato.
Veggie curry for supper.
I actually has quite a moderate weekend. Had a barbe on Saturday with steak and celeriac remoulade (with my fave Hellmans lightest, of course!) and it was delish! No wine either....
4 weeks to birthday and 5 lbs to lose....
Hope you all do well today x

How much does it take to break your fast?
I am hoping that will see me through until tonight when I shall enjoy my usual Monday dinner of a small baked potato and homemade coleslaw - made with mainly yoghurt instead of mayo.
Happy Monday, Fasters x
Fasting is normally easy on a monday but it's my afternoon off and I am ravenous!!
Only 0.7kg then I will have lost 10kg, this thought is pushing me through!!
Will make scrambled eggs and bacon (fry them to crisp in the oven) for dinner for The DH and son, only a small portion for me along with Swedish "knäckebröd" (flat hard bread).
Dee
everyone!
And hang in there!
