I'm in and feeling very determined to get back into my 5:2 routine after all that falling off the wagon business! It's a relief to have found my motivation again!!

Happy Monday fast y'all
Yep I'm in too and still working at restoring my weight after the summer hols!
Good luck everyone!
I'm in ... have had a very wobbly couple of weeks with lots of half-hearted fasts ending in evening mini-binges unfortunately and as a result have actually put on weight during September, but in order to get back on track and kick October off to a great start, yes, fasting today.

Good luck everyone, hope your day goes well.
I'm in today. I have to say I am very upset today after standing on the scales. If you read my blog you will see why. I'm actually still so full from yesterday so I'm going to stick to coffee and attempt a liquid fast but I will have a small dinner before running if necessary.

I'm changing to 4:3 this week as I feel so panicked now at how the weekend went despite running 18 miles on sat. Have a party Sat night and a wedding the weekend after and I just don't want to go now. Really upset
I'm in - I didn't do too badly over the weekend but think I may have eaten my own body weight in cheesecake yesterday  .

Was going to make chocolate muffins for hubby's lunch box (and to test my will power), but just realised I wouldn't be able to lick the spoon - so I'm making them tomorrow instead... when I can lick the spoon, the bowl, the whisks and anything else that springs to mind  .

"Happy Fasting" peoples :clover: .
I'm in. Eating a drinking all weekend so nice to have a repair day!
Wow we are all on the ball today. I am in Fast no 58 I have been getting a bit lax on feed days and while trying to maintain have put on a couple of pounds so I must start concentrating on eating for health. Happy fasting to you all  :clover: :victory:
I'm in, though probably just over 500 (but not enough to break my fast!!) today.
Just had a little cold salmon with Hellmans lightest and a tomato.
Veggie curry for supper.

I actually has quite a moderate weekend. Had a barbe on Saturday with steak and celeriac remoulade (with my fave Hellmans lightest, of course!) and it was delish! No wine either....

4 weeks to birthday and 5 lbs to lose....

Hope you all do well today x

How much does it take to break your fast?
I'm fasting today and so far so good. I have not been tempted by the biscuits in the biscuit jar, or by the loaf of bread I made last night. I do not fancy a slice of bread smothered in salty butter. No sir. In fact, the only thing I have had today is a little bit of cucumber with a teaspoon of yoghurt, and a cup of coffee.

I am hoping that will see me through until tonight when I shall enjoy my usual Monday dinner of a small baked potato and homemade coleslaw - made with mainly yoghurt instead of mayo.

Happy Monday, Fasters x
@PennyForthem Oooh I LOVE celeriac remoulade. Haven't made it for yonks!
I am in and starving today. Drunk WAY too much at parties on both fri and sat night and scoffed grease and carbs to get rid of the hangover!!
Fasting is normally easy on a monday but it's my afternoon off and I am ravenous!!
Only 0.7kg then I will have lost 10kg, this thought is pushing me through!!
Well, after last week that did absolutely nothing for either kg or cm, I fast today as usual on a Monday. But seem to have caught the same bug as The DH and youngest son have/had, so fasting is nog big thing since I have zero appetite. Bad thing - I forget to drink water and start to feel a slight headache.
Will make scrambled eggs and bacon (fry them to crisp in the oven) for dinner for The DH and son, only a small portion for me along with Swedish "knäckebröd" (flat hard bread).
Hi all, I'm here today, not been on here for few days, busy weekend. Hope everyone's having a great fast day :)
Dee
I'm in too, with all you fine folks!

:clover: everyone!
And hang in there!
