I'm back in after two weeks of having family to stay and drinking and eating far too much, well 2 kilos too much which Is one large weight gain. Knowing how you feel wineOclock.

Good luck all fasters.
 Yes I'm in on my usual Monday fast.
Planned my week already 2 fasts + 2 x. 16:8 then weigh-in Fri
one of the 16:8 days I'm out for Indian meal, hence the caution for 4 days
Good Luck. to us all today. :clover: Sue. :clover:
I'm in! Just had weekend of evenings out and cake in celebration of hubby's birthday so need today to feel less bloated. At home with both my boys feeling poorly.

@mandysev - well done!!
I'm in too, and having to eat early, at about 4.30pm. It will be interesting to see how hungry I am at bedtime...
Good luck all!
I am in. Feeling peckish, but I expect it will pass.
On my second week today and third fast! Had a light breakfast, tea + 100ml soy milk and two rusks with half a teaspoon of raspberry jam. Bad PMS today (headache, cramps, bloating, you name it) so I am really pleased to be on a fast day because I know otherwise I would have eaten waaay too much and felt miserable all day.
Count me in too. Didnt feel the need to gorge over the weekend (which makes a change). I think 4:3 is better for me as I'm finding the desire to gorge is less and less. Plus my stomach gets too uncomfortable if I overdo it anyways.
I've been in today. We just had dinner: soup with prawns, mushrooms, snow peas - from the garden and soba noodles. Delicious and satisfying .
Got home and raided the.. Celery tub?! Watermelon?! Haha, I'm serious!
Also had 2 boiled eggs on a slice of white toast. Yummy.
Hope everyone is going well.
Lil

Happy fasting folks
Count me in for my first fast of the week. Good luck everyone! :clover:

Good morning everyone! Yes I'm in today having mysteriously gained a pound last week despite staying within my TDEE
Well I will have coffee & water until supper this evening it is grey & overcast here in Sussex but I'm hoping it won't rain & will brighten up later. I'm currently going through the sad task of putting away summer clothes & getting out & trying on winter clothes & many are too large :like: so my discard pile of clothes is growing
Have a good day fellow fasters I'm off to tackle a pile of ironing.
Count me in too! I've been slacking and only doing the occasional fast about once a week - hope to do two this week. Hoping to get back on track and leap off my loo-ooong plateau  Happy fasting everyone.
I'm in too - but usually I work on a Monday and today I'm not so I find it harder. Hey ho! Good luck to all fasting today.
