No Julianna the mammogram wasn't painful just uncomfortable. But at least it's done now.
Your right AiriR no rush to lose it. This is the first holiday I've been on where I haven't stressed about gaining weight because I know I can fix it.
I am rather hungry now, I'm missing my 4 course holiday lunches with litres of wine!!

How good is that!!!

I'm in today, my mainteneering strategy is fast Monday with 16:8 Thursday - working so far
I'm in! Just up and its still dark here. Black coffee to start the day. Aiming for fluids all day til meal at night.

Good luck for a good fast day everyone. X
I'm in. I have a fairly quiet week so I'm doing Mon, Weds and Fri if I can. . Good luck everyone :clover:
I'm in too! Had a very nice weekend but I indulged too much  . I'm also doing liquid fast until dinner time. Had green tea to start the morning and plan to keep busy through out the day. Goodluck to everyone! :crossed:
Week 7, day 13.
Yup, for me also a liquid fast until dinner. The second time I try this. The first weeks I did breakfast (200 cal) and dinner (300 cal). I had a very hard time last Thursday when I tried saving everything for dinner for the first time. But still, it feels more like a 'real' fast. I decided to give it another try, to see if it gets easier. For now: HUNGRY!
I'm in too. Staying home today with a cold and an aching body after a day of "Lifedancing" saturday. Black coffee and green tea is my companions until 5 or 6 pm when we will have our small dinner. DH finally joined me and is also fasting Mondays and Thursday - good for him :-)
I'm in today too!! Very happy weighed myself this morning and lost 4lbs last week. That's 9lbs lost in the 3 weeks I have been doing this, it really works. :)
I'm in, everyone. Things are still really difficult in my life at the moment. Wish I had more time to come on here to chat. x
I'm in, my usual start to the week

Sorry to hear that Doodle, hope things get easier for you x
I am in. Over 70 people rocked up to my house for my birthday party Saturday into Sunday. Do I need to confess my sins and results? No. I think not. Gentle exercise today with lovely espresso coffees, Go well everone.
Yes a rather extravagent weekend too : I am a Food tech teacher and tend to bake even when not at school ! Gifting my cherry & almond muffins to everyone today so I don't eat them. .
Ready for my usual Monday fast...liquids until tonight, when I'm sure The Hairy Dieters will lend a hand. :)

Enjoy your fasts everyone. x
I wish I could be in today but I'm having to take strong painkillers for my back which require me to eat :(. Is it okay to change your fasting days depending on your situation? Or is it best to do the same days every week?
Daydreamer that's the beauty of 5:2 it fits around you. I often change my days. Hope your back gets better soon x
