All done for today. I'm going back to back and fasting again tomorrow.
Hope all you Monday fasters are having/have had a great day.
So far two mugs of black coffee and plenty of sparkling mineral water. Looking forward to my chicken stir fry later
@justdee - not in today, perhaps in tomorrow!

I'm moving house this week, so not stressing over fasting...

You in?
Hello all! The hubs and I are in today, after falling off the wagon last week. Just coffee and water so far. Then a lovely ready meal for dinner. Hopefully today will go better than my attempts last week.

Good luck everyone! :clover:
@pinchypops - I'm in today for the first of 3. It's hard to fast when so much is going on but be careful not to leave it to long. The longer I go without fasting the harder it is to fast, if you know what I mean. Hope you have an easy move. xx
I ate way too many cals over the weekend (on both days) so today my head is trying to stop me fasting. I will stay strong, I'm not really hungry I just want to eat. Anyway I'm going out in an hour and won't have any food available to eat until 8pm ish so that should help. Hope everyone's having an easy fast day. :)

Yes my OH & I are joining you fasting. I cycled 10kms this morning & we have only had coffee & water until supper time. It's grey & rainy here in Sussex & I am feeling very chilly & have extra clothes on  I know it's only fast day chills that my OH never seems to feel but it would be lovely to warm my bones in a sauna right now!
I am getting impatient for supper time that will be Teriyaki chicken noodles & an apple for me but OH will have extra with yoghurt & a banana. Roll on tomorrow for some sunshine & hot soup
I'm in. This will be the beginning of Week 7.

Weight was a bit up today, but my Tanita scale showed that my water % was up a bit and my body fat % was down. So still on track.

I am boring all my friends with how wonderful this diet is. It's the first time in 3 years I've been able to stick to a diet longer than a month. My waist seems to be responding, too, which is unusual.
I'm in too, commuting home from work now and I'm miserably hungry! :p
I'm in as well, my stomach is now rumbling :(
I'm in. I'm still fasting - two fasts a week doesn't result in weight loss any more, so I've been trying to find a sustainable way of reducing my calorie intake further. I've gone back to logging all my food on MFP which is much easier now I have discovered the barcode blipper. I'm also trying no breakfast on feed days at the moment, which I find do-able, and I do seem to have lost a bit this week :)

@Isis, I get that too. I put on extra clothes on fast days but nothing really helps. The cold seems to seep into my bones. My hands are freezing now and it's sunny and a relative balmy (for Ireland) 12degC. I was wondering if it was my body going into starvation mode, but I dont think this happens within 1 day.

Just an hour off dinner time now. Im having fizzy water to fill a little gap.
I've been fasting today but haven't had time to get to the computer before now. I've made it through the day on black tea and now looking forward to dinner in an hour's time. It will be a very lean grilled pork chop, a very small amount of mashed potato, lots of green beans and cauliflower and a few carrots.

I have no idea how many calories that is and I don't much care! I was determined when I started this WOL fifteen months ago that I wouldn't live on thin soup and salad because I needed it to be sustainable. I also decided that I would no longer count calories - after forty years of doing so! It has worked for me so I am changing nothing!

Good luck to all those fasting today! :clover: Onwards and downwards!
I'm in, it will soon be 24hours since I eat last night. I couldn't get any internet for most of the day so I couldn't post any earlier, now I am in the happy position of being able to eat in less than an hour  Hope all those not so far into the day have an easy one :like:
Hi, late morning here in Nevada. It is a beautiful day--about 72 degrees Fahrenheit! I ate a few pecan halves and then headed out for zumba class and the grocery store. Fitbit says 6885 steps. Love those zumba days, no problem getting in 10,000 steps! And, I still have another zumba class tonight AND my dog is guilting me into a walk. But, I picked up a rotisserie chicken at the grocery store and ate a chicken leg+thigh upon arriving home. Sounds like broth and green salad and coffee for the rest of the day. Have a great day everyone!
I am/have fasting/ed today... It was my birthday Saturday & I've had a fairly indulgent weekend. Still got chocolates & birthday cake around but refusing to look at them today!!
