Aaaaaaaagh, I'm Starvin Marvin!
It's after lunch and a loooooong time till dinner. Have to get off the net and go keep myself busy. I have already flipped my matress, steam cleaned it, hoovered and cleaned the bed frame and under the bed. Hmmmm, whats next! This WOE definitely improves the home decluttering!
I've finished now and I'm off to bed. Dinner was very satisfying and I'm feeling pretty good. Meat and veg - you can't beat it. Managed to do some useful gardening in the afternoon which kept me out of the kitchen and keeping busy.
I'm in today and I really need to be here!

I have just returned from a two-week cruise on Queen Victoria to Norway, Iceland and the Orkney Isles. I have brought back many lovely memories and nine pounds of not-so-lovely extra weight! I am supposed to be maintaining but, because I have still not learned to 'eat like a slim person', I'm afraid that the wall to wall food was just too tempting! Add to that daily alcohol, in the form of cocktails and wine with dinner, and it is really not surprising that I am so much heavier than when I went away.

However, some of that will be extra fluid and the remaining fat will be dealt with by two or three fasts a week until it has gone. I don't regret enjoying the food and drink and I know that I will be back to my goal weight in three or four weeks. You have to love this WOE! :victory:

Good luck today, fellow fasters. Keep busy, keep hydrated! Onwards and downwards!

I'm in and done, it's midnight in Melbourne. Breakfast is close. :)
Good fasting everyone!

Hi @justdee, I thought I'd responded to this earlier but my post has disappeared
I am in today. I'm managing so far. I had a couple of cherries at lunchtime and an oxo just now. We have vegetable stir fry for tea and some dates and pecans for a nibble later.
I haven't put it all in MFP yet, but it should be ok :clover:
I am very determined to get this right this week. I've had no crisps since last Wednesday and I know that's gotta be better for me. I've also cooked every day too.
Might struggle this afternoon as I've got the bookkeeping to catch up on (a full year for one business and 2 tax returns, 3 months for other 2business and just 1 tax return.) I've always used chocolate as my reward for this task in the past
Pledged to be good, so I'll do my best xxx  xxx
Good luck with all that @Karenmdoesn't sound like much fun. It's 5pm here and I'm doing well. Going to make chicken salad for dinner, still packing but just having a little break to see what the numpties in the house of commons have to say for themselves, it's a joke, poor kids.
Joining today as well! After a long holiday weekend with plenty of food and drinks, I'm a bit worried to see what the scale will say when I do my weigh-in later this week. I haven't been too hungry yet today, so so far so good!
I'm in today, feeling good, is it too soon today I'm really getting used to this?
I'm not really hungry so far today, maybe it's because I've eaten too much over the weekend? we shall see with the weigh in on Thursday .........
Well I didn't pledge a fast today @justdee Because I'd got something on that entailed a lunch break, well I didn't go mad at all but doubt it will come in under 500 if a do a small salad later so I'm calling a Low Calorie day and will have to do back2back Tues/Wed with another LC day Thurs as I've a meal out Thurs night
Looking like a messed up week when
I'm already vulnerable
Oh well that's life. Hope today went well for you Dee.
Ohhh dear...Have abandoned my fast day,.... booooo..
Made the mistake of passing a new bakery..or rather,NOT passing it!
Have eaten two slices fresh crusty spelt and rye bread
Am going to have scouse for tea with another slice of bread and butter and will fast tomorrow
Going to have a shower first, wash and dry my hair ( not that easy with wrist in a splint) put my rollers in, eat my scouse watching Corrie. I may need Gaviscon later for indigestion!
Like@Sue.Q said,that's life! X
@CandiceMarie I'm popping round for some
scouse and crusty bread
Now that worth abandoning a fastday for. :like:  :clover:
Oh youre welcome Sue! Plenty of scouse in the pan!
Thinks to self: I better run round to the off licence for a jeraboam of wine and a litre of gin..wonder will that be enough for Sue :?:
Late hello from me. It's been a good fast so far not thought about food at all, will have to wait a bit more before I can chow down as Min has her school play tonight. Just getting the first grumbles of the day so another black coffee will have to do.
