I am attempting to have only herbal or English Breakfast tea ( with a tiny dash of milk) on Fast Days and I must admit it is getting easier. I do find that as soon as I eat, I'm looking for more, probably out of habit, so I'm working on breaking that. This week I ate dinner at 7pm Sunday and will not eat again until 5.30am Wednesday.. unless I decide to have dinner tonight ( not yet planning on it, but who knows..)
Thanks for all the inspiration. Ive been around Fasting for years ( unofficially, until now) and I love having the support of likeminded individuals who are all willing to succeed.
