Start of a new weeks so it must mean my first fast! I'm trying to decide what to have for dinner (apparently I'm poorly organised!)I have a chicken breast and that's it so far lol- shall think about it over lunch. Happy fasting all xx
Me too. We ate out twice over the weekend ( unheard of), so I'm actually looking forward to giving my body a bit of a break today. It's my third fast day, only started last Monday.
I´m in too! Had a little hangover yesterday, today can be still little sluggish... And gain half kilo back last week. :/
Today was a very lazy day: lay around reading a book all day. I did have a bit of a break out at lunch time with a boiled egg, a thin slice of toast with a thin spread of butter, a raisin and oat cookie.I usually don't eat all day, but I couldn't do it today. Chicken breast salad and baked vegetables for dinner. Soon. Staving.
I am in too today
I'm in for my usual Monday. (A bit heavier than a week ago having enjoyed my 50th party at the weekend a bit too much!!)
Anyway I shall be good today in preparation for the day itself on Wednesday (I really didn't want to be 'fat and fifty' and thanks to 5:2 and the tremendous support of this forum, I'm nearly 2 stone less than before)
I could recommend this to anyone!
Have a good day folks.

I'm feeling very old with my prunes et al but it's getting a bit uncomfortable and I'm getting a little desperate.

But I don't want to bring down the tone of this thread!
I'm in doing a proper fast this week. Last week because I was feeling unwell so I did two days of 1000 cals instead.
Lots of fasters today!
I'm in with fast no 70. I'm quite glad to be fasting after a weekend of normal eating. I had a bit of an IBS flare up Sunday morning so definitely in repair today lol. Sometimes I find eating a bit of a chore because I can't decide what to eat! Then I want to eat everything lol.
Good luck and happy fasting everyone.

Morning fellow fasters, just back from a dog walk. Not quite sure who is the muddier me or the pooch!! But a good start to a fast day, even if my stomach was grumbling...already?? Not good!

Off food shopping now to stock up on salad veg & no doubt something naughty for breakfast tomorrow.

Happy fasting everyone x
I'm in for my first fast of the week. Good Luck everyone! :clover:
Ive actually been looking forward to fasting today!
Flush the weekends rubbish out!
I'm in today too, good luck all!! :) Think I might struggle as I'm home all day but will just keep busy, plenty of 'school' work to do xx
Hi all

I am fasting today - had a few pangs this morning but nothing to shout about. Will be keeping myself busy all day :like:
Yep, I'm with you all today! Already been on a lovely, though wet & windy walk this morning to blow the cobwebs away!

Busy week ahead, so will be fasting again on Wednesday. What do you all think about the gap between fasts versus only a small gap - of say, a day, as I will be doing this week? Does it make any difference to the scales, do you think? This is Week 10 of my 5 2 journey & there have been highs & lows along the way but I am keen to do the "optimum" gap between fasts.....if there is one!!

Good luck everyone!
