I did better than I expected and didn't eat on the drive. However there is no way I can fast while I am at mothers and I am not going to stress myself by trying. See you all next week.
I'm sorry, @Judio. For you and me, as our 4 year old kitty, Lucy, is also at the end of her short life. She's such a sweet thing, and doesn't seem to be in pain. But she hasn't eaten in weeks, has liver failure, probably it's a viral thing but vet isn't sure. So I guess she'll take her final visit to the vet today or tomorrow, and we're pretty heartbroken too.

I have to call the staff at my mother's assisted living place and get really angry, as they have been doing a shitty job of it. Sorry, but true. I hate having to get mad like this.

And one of our neighbors sent out a "separation announcement" this morning. A surprise to everyone, and it means the kids will be moving away.

One thing that's easy on a day like this is fasting. I just don't feel like eating. Sorry to dump on you all. Thanks for listening.
Sorry you are having such a bad time of it. I have problems too with the home my father is in and am very tired of the constant battle to get him what he needs.

Another fast done today so hopefully the weight will start shifting soon.
Managed quite well until surprise visit from sister in law and brother in law. Lovely to see them though and cooked tea for all. Won't be wildly over allowance as I tried to be a little restrained :) Went for a cycle ride with husband on our tandem this afternoon; such lovely weather.
Sorry about your cat Judio.
I had a good day..third fast and experimented with fasting all day instead of 2 meals and it was surprisingly easy.Woke at 11am had coffees water and miso doup until an omelette and salad at 6pm
Yay! Made it through today, wasn't sure this morning. I can't find the thread but want to send my gratitude to whoever suggested dark chocolate almond milk as an after dinner treat. It ended my day quite deliciously ;)
I'm in today and determined to succeed after a few months of failing miserably. Decided my goal is to lose a stone by my birthday (sep 26th).
