I'm in. It's a windy cold day in Melbourne, not all conducive to a fast; nevertheless fasting it is.
Happy fasting fellow fasters!
Just starting to get ravenous. Time to remind myself about the kitchen - closed, get a cup of tea and clear out.
Good morning all autumn is well and truly here now in the East of England. Won't be bothering sweeping my deck as the leaves are constantly falling.
I'm in for my usual Monday fast.
Good luck everyone. Will be having ........ Oh I'm not sure yet. But have an oxo and some raspberries to take to work and then let's see what for dinner tonight. I'm usually more organised than this. :frown:
Morning all, I'm in today for my usual Monday fast, feeling like I really need it too as I think I have really overeaten on non fast days.
Bottled out of my morning run today too, my ankle isn't right so I thought I'd rest today, might try and catch a class this evening instead. It's the first time I'll have done a fast without starting with a cardio workout do will be interesting to see if my appetite suffers
I'm in today too going to try and have a proper fast today although this cold is being a right pain.
@carieoatesthe weather here is just as bad ( I am south of cambridge) . No run today again for me.
I'm in today - got work then will be staying there for staff choir practice so not home til 9. Makes fasting easier to be out of the house all day but feeling the rumbles already!

Hope you all have lovely days
I'm in today, grey! wet and windy here. Catching up with the housework after a weekend at work :( makes Minsmum a dull girl, but it'll keep me busy and out of the kitchen. But first a workout to burn some fat off my butt then food shopping. Dog walk will have to wait until the rain stops, not that she will mind, she's still in her bed!
Morning all, I'm in. Struggling to type as I sliced half way through left thumb and nail last night while chopping sweet potatoes - not very clever of me  I'm leaving for work shortly and then to an evening meeting that finishes at 9pm. Fizzy water and tea - half an advocado with crayfish and lettuce at some point. Grey and raining in London town too. Happy fasting everyone  :clover:
Ouch Lizbean I hope your thumb isn't very sore!
I'm in today fasting as well as my OH who is back at work today. It's grey & rainy here in West Sussex so rather depressing  I've ironing to do & Latin homework but I will fit in some aerobics to try & keep warm. Only coffee & water until dinner at 6-00pm tonight.
I hope we all have, or have had, a good fast day
Good morning

I am in today as well, and already feeling sooo cold.

Anyway good luck to all
Had a bit of a break out with monte carlo biscuits. OH will buy them.
Well DS came out of exam feeling pretty happy with the questions and his answers. I'm his taxi driver for the next 2 days. Pretty good fast day- Asian beef vege stir fry for dinner. Found a new good website about freezer cooking that I liked called " the kitchn ". ( not mispelt) and found a great looking recipe on it called Jamie Oliver's chicken in milk. It looks intriguing and their review said its the best chicken dish they ever tried. Will defo try it soon.
Happy Birthday to your son @Wineoclock! How did the fondants turn out?
Off to bed now and good luck to those waking up! :sleepy:
Just woke up and without thinking made myself a cup of coffee with cream. Then remembered it's a fast day. Oh, well, it's only 30 calories. I'll survive. I have to drive 45 minutes to see my acupuncturist, who did something quite wonderful for my painful neck last week. A bit of caffeine will help.

This cold just won't quit. It's a week now since I started coming down with the symptoms and though my nose isn't running hardly at all, I feel half dead all the time. OH has it now and is quite miserable. We keep reminding ourselves to be glad that it isn't Ebola.
Hey, Sallyo ... I was up at 4 a.m. too. Got some major allergies waking me up early. Fasting today will be pretty easy as I am spending the majority of my day driving across the state (5 1/2 hours). By the time I get to my destination it will be meal time. : )
