Yes, everybody :like: - i am fasting, too. Had a bit of an indulgent weekend so looking forward to feeling "empty" again. I don't know why I do it - eating too much - I hate the feeling of being too full. Weekdays at work are so much easier when away from fridge and larder. :smile:
I'm in once I sleep and wake up here in California. I had a little too much today (Sunday) going over my TDEE with things like a glass of red and some chocolate, so I hope to undo the damage and continue on my downward journey to my interim goal.

Good Morning from a very damp Luxembourg.
I'm fasting today after a jolly weekend. It's also weigh in day (Monday is the most realistic weight) and after the shock horror gain of 1.5 kg, I have lost that again and a tiny but bit more! This means that I have met my first interim target. Bring on the dancing girls! Hoping to maintain this for a while, what with a trip back to UK to see my boys, then my parents, before flying off to the Red Sea for a all inclusive lux ten days.
Celebrating by having a mani/pedi and a facial tomorrow.

I wonder how we are all going, those of us who are not asleep. It's 10 to 5pm here in Tasmania and I am allowed to start preparing dinner in a little while. I'm going to make some kind of salad with apples, carrots and spinach. Sounds a bit odd, but that's what I've got and it's pay day tomorrow. I might put croutons in it, for extra crunch. And parsley is abundant. We're also have lamb's liver which I will make in some kind of Italian way with onions and Masala. It's pouring with rain and we had to light the fire again. Just when we thought it was summer. I hope my straw bale garden is getting drenched. I have spent the afternoon doing my embroidery which was very enjoyable but now the hungry wolf is stirring and I am finding it hard to concentrate. Perhaps it's time for yet another cup of tea.
@helingerin. Well done for reaching your interim target and I hope you let yourself be spoilt thoroughly on your forthcoming hols.
Morning all I'm in. Really happy it's Monday and can give myself a break, this is the first weekend I've really felt like I over ate and unfortunately I think it's to do with giving up the booze for October. So many of my weekend evenings involve relaxing with a glass of wine, and if I'm drinking I tend to curb what I eat, but without the drink to sip, I've turned to nibbling! Not good. Will see what the scales say tomorrow

First fast day today, I've done my kettlebell workout and some yoga and had a cup of tea. Off to work soon and plan to keep busy and keep my mind off food.

I am also stopping alcohol for October. Maybe we should start a thread as @Madcatladyis also doing it.
My treat was some good chocloate. But don't forget that the alcohol has many cals in , plus the liver is getting a rest aswell. Well done and good luck.
I'm in - though not feeling great as I've been staving off a cold all weekend - hope it's not going to take me down ......

I'm in today. I normally do 4:3 but this week want to change it a little just for just…. so I will fast on Mon and Wed and the rest of the week I will do 19:5….
Had a terrible tummy bug yesterday and still not feeling too good so a liquid fast today will be good to rest my tummy anyway.

Late getting to the board to day. I'm in unusually for me as I am a Sunday faster. A wee change this week.
Back to proper 4:3, no shirking on the final fast janeg, or the wet fish will be out!
Yep, did the excise and I'm up a kilo since July- not too bad but I'm just wee. So no slacking and back to 3 500 cal fasts a week.

I'm in but will see how I go feel rotten this morning think I have a cold. Did manage a 20 minute run though but feel odd now. Plan is Hairy biker chicken cordon bleu for dinner with salad and a couple of little potatoes. Might have a soup for lunch depends how I feel. We had a Chinese Takeaway on Saturday our first since last Christmas eve! It was lovely though.
I'm fasting today - I've lost 4lb in the three weeks since I went back on the "wagon" (fell off and put on 2st during one year...ouch) so quite happy really. Not coming off as fast as when I started last time (beginning of 2013, lost 3st in six months), but then I've not been cutting down enough on non-fast days me thinks. This was the first weekend not putting anything on, so feeling pleased and happy about that, as all I did was to avoid snacking.

Had a crisp bread with low fat cheese for breakfast, will probably have a ww soup for lunch as I don't this I'll manage to go through all day, then pasta with veg tonight (yep I know lots of you say carbs are a nono on fast days (if not always) but one step at a time....).
