I'm fasting today after a jolly weekend. It's also weigh in day (Monday is the most realistic weight) and after the shock horror gain of 1.5 kg, I have lost that again and a tiny but bit more! This means that I have met my first interim target. Bring on the dancing girls! Hoping to maintain this for a while, what with a trip back to UK to see my boys, then my parents, before flying off to the Red Sea for a all inclusive lux ten days.
Celebrating by having a mani/pedi and a facial tomorrow.
Have a calm and cleansing day everyone.
First fast day today, I've done my kettlebell workout and some yoga and had a cup of tea. Off to work soon and plan to keep busy and keep my mind off food.

I'm in today. I normally do 4:3 but this week want to change it a little just for just…. so I will fast on Mon and Wed and the rest of the week I will do 19:5….
Had a terrible tummy bug yesterday and still not feeling too good so a liquid fast today will be good to rest my tummy anyway.

Back to proper 4:3, no shirking on the final fast janeg, or the wet fish will be out!
Yep, did the excise and I'm up a kilo since July- not too bad but I'm just wee. So no slacking and back to 3 500 cal fasts a week.

Had a crisp bread with low fat cheese for breakfast, will probably have a ww soup for lunch as I don't this I'll manage to go through all day, then pasta with veg tonight (yep I know lots of you say carbs are a nono on fast days (if not always) but one step at a time....).
