HI team, I'm in. I'm so relieved to be fasting. I never thought i'd say that! We went out on Saturday night and had dinner at the RSL, not my favourite restaurant, but we had a Greens fundraising Quiz Night on there and we wanted to keep sweet with the RSL, not our natural allies, by eating there first before the Quiz night. In fact, they were so delighted that so many of us ate there, that they gave us the venue free of charge. But the up shot of this long digression, is that I haven't felt right since eating their battered fish and chips. I didn't eat all the chips or any of the out-of-season capsicum and tomato salad - but just what I did eat was enough to make me feel yucky. I want that clean feeling of fasting. So go well everyone. I'll await your arrival through the day.
Good morning @Sallyo, I'm in! I haven't done a decent fast for two weeks. Today is the day! Happy fasting everyone. :)
I will be in with you in the morning. Looking forward to getting a grip, losing my 4lbs and getting back to maintenance. :grin:
Hi, I am in today too. :) For the first time in forever, I have actually not overindulged on the weekend, so don't feel the need for a cleanse... But I do still want to lose that bit of holiday gain, so will be doing 2 fasts a week until that is gone.

Hi all, today is a fast day for me. It's my second fast so far.
I was at a wedding yesterday and didn't overeat! I had some salad and some dips with rice crackers. Couldn't finish the slice of cake (vegan, rich, sugary!). Woke up at the same weight as I was on Saturday :)
I'm currently working on finishing my litre bottle of water then will have a coffee and wait until lunch.
Might have a carrot juice for lunch and a salad for dinner.

I'm in today after my once a shift blow out yesterday; I managed to add 1.5kgs which hopefully are temporary as I went to the gym too.
Hello everybody

I am joining you all thanks @Sallyo - I came back to Fasting a couple of weeks ago, but I have only managed one day per week due to having our granddaughter here during the School holidays and going out and about and then last week heading off to the beach for a few days with some friends.

I am trying to be mindful on my 'feed days' - no sugar, only spelt bread, no pasta, lots of wonderful fresh vegetables with limited fruits (IBS) and lean meat, chicken and fish.
The scales are going down as well as the BS levels, now if only I could get some energy to go for a walk. :wink: :wink:

I'm in also.I haven't lost much weight but didn't put any on over my 6 week holiday in Canada and the USA so I'll continue to persevere anyway

I'm in for my first Monday fast in several weeks. I've missed you all and am very glad to be back to the M/Th fasting schedule.

I'll see you when it's Monday here in 12 hours. Meanwhile, good fasting to all of you way to the East of me!

I'm in today. I might only do two this week because of the half-marathon on Saturday (if the typhoon doesn't blow it away)...
@MaryAnn I've been watching the Typhoon's progress, hope you're okay?

I'm normally in on a Monday, but it's a public holiday and feels like a Sunday, so I'll fast tomorrow instead.

Gee@ carmelkno weight gain after 6 weeks in Nth america- Well done :victory:

I've done my swimming laps and visited Mum, now will do a bit round the house and look forward to stir fry veges and some berries for dinner.
I just picked the first of our mulberries- they are a bit later this year.

Hi everyone. I'm in public holiday mode too so I'm not joining you all. Normally I would do tomorrow but hubby and I will be in Sydney so we are going to try to meet up with DD for lunch. It will probably be just one fast this week then.
