Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.
Please don't make extra threads in here besides the daily fasting threads, if you've got a question please post it in the relevant forum or ask in today's 'Fasting Today' thread, thank you.
Debs, my son is on the mend, stitches out today from one leg and the fluid in the other may have to be drained but is improving. He is still sore and strapped in the neck brace but seems cheerful, so all good, thank you for asking. When you are well we must catch up again and have our slimmer's lunch.
Btw, forgot about the banana or I'd have had that too!!
I'll need to employ a lot of willpower today, as I'm taking the kids to a party in the afternoon, and I am a sucker for party food.
I'm having a small baked potato for dinner.... and then I have an exercise class this evening.
I was really naughty last night and had sweets and crisps watching movies. Probably went about 500 over my 2000 cals...Does anyone think this calls for an extra fast day!? Because I've been doing well and don't want to ruin it so I'm wondering if I should do 4:3 this week
Hope I'm not just overthinking things!

I did the same tuesday night watching Homeland - I shouldn't have opened that packet of american jellybeans.....or the can of coke to wash them down
ended up eating 2,300 cals
So am interested in your question should I do the 4:3 as well this week?
Fasting today anyway
