I am in! It is only 10:30am here and just had some coffee. I need to remember to drink water all day long before my supper/dinner/tea. I will have some meat (chicken or pork) and a salad.
I'm fasting today. Only 3 hours to go until my evening meal of steamed salmon, cheery tomatoes, Beetroot with lots of baby spinach and watercress! Yum yum! :-)
West Coast of the U.S. bringing up the rear here again! On fast day 8 and going fine so far.
Good luck for your fast today, @gimmick and the West Coasters! :clover:
I'm in today. Rainy, dreary day here in NYC. Jealous of all you Aussies and Euros who are breaking fasts and/or sleeping by now!

Ordered some wine online, which was just delivered to the office. Oh well, it'll keep.

Brought in 2 liters of sparkling water today to get me through, along with some cut up ginger and lemon slices.

Happy fasting!
And I envy you in the Eastern Time Zone ;-) I wonder if there's anyone in Alaska or Hawaii to come in even later? Sparkling water and lemon = very good idea! Was feeling weak in my resolve until I saw the photos a coworking took yesterday of me laboring away embedding rocks in a stream bed. OMG did I luck awful in some of those! o.O Good thing I had the only copies (now electronically shredded)!
Today was supposed to be my first fast day for a few weeks. I've been looking forward to it but it didn't happen. I'm a little annoyed with myself but I shall not give up, depending on what we're doing I mmight go for a fast day at the weekend but if not Monday WILL be a good fast for me.

Hope everyone else went well.
Bit late but I'm in today too :-) I feel like I've been tested food-wise. I sat in a three hour meeting with a plate of biscuits in front of me and managed to ignore them. I then went to pick my son up from his uncle's and I was offered some cheesecake as I arrived just in time for dessert.... I said no but had a bowl put in front of me anyway. I continued to say no though - first time for everything! Flipping starving now waiting for my dinner to cook.......
So impressed Kathyaj! What part of NO don't people understand!

And all you West Coast North Americans, I get it that you feel peeved that we Aussies are finished an in bed while you are beginning to fast, but you need to remember that you are still drinking wine and eating dessert while we Aussies are going without lunch, and starving.
Hello All, I've been in today too, but have been too busy to add my note!
It definitely helps to keep busy..
Poor SallyO when she felt weak and had to sit down, I know that feeling! I hope her OH gets on OK after his hospital trip today.
Good luck and keep going fellow fasters (FFs?)
@Sallyo I love your goal weight of 69.9999
