Yes just hit 35 in Sydney it seems..train aircond is nice. Maybe an iced hot choc Gigi?;-) i'll be hanging for something when i get home. Straight into the pool and take dogs to beach later when it cools. Not as hot or windy as predicted, let's hope it stays that way to keep fires at bay.
Hubby messaged earlier saying he had forgotten a business lunch he had on today and did I want to postpone fasting for today. Tempting as I had just bought the tonic water to go with the duty free gin we bought home from holidays, would be nice on such a hot day.
But no I'm halfway there is I might as well keep going and then I'm done for the week. So another glass of water for me.
What kind of gin @wineoclock? I'm a bombay sapphire girl myself :-)

mmmmmm g+t... that'll be my after work drink tomorrow I think!
I agree Bombay Sapphires the best. But this time we got Hendricks. Hubby was given a bottle for his birthday in Feb but then in May at my 50th party his family scoffed the lot and we never got to try it. So I'm hoping it was worth the money.
Mmmmm Bombay :)
I might have a sneaky g and g tonight.. its 36degrees where I am! I can't believe how hungry I am today and it won't go!!
Lil
Yes, I tried Hendricks in the Duty Free shop - it was very good, hope you enjoy :-)

Hang in there LilSmiler! You're going to feel so great after this fast today!
Mmmmm gin! Now there's a thought. I do prefer Pimms and lots of fruit and mint I must admit!
Struggling today, not usually so hungry this early. Ain't gonna be easy!
I've been hungry all morning, it's so annoying because when I get so hungry like this I kind of feel like I'm taking a step backwards if that makes sense. I want to be over the uncomfortable hunger pangs!
Yep, I agree totally! I was only this morning congratulating myself on not having the rumbling tim that I used to have, only for it to have started again today! Now, what to drink (not gin obviously  )!
I am in and it is very hot here too, so far so good with fasting, going grocery shopping now so be back later. Not a wise move but have old mother Hubbard cupboard, see ya
Hi, I'm also fasting today. Been good so far. Hardboiled egg at about 11a.m and tea with a little soy milk and herbal teas all day. Two egg omlette and huge salad for dinner. Today has been one of those Good fast days. Can't wait for my yoga pants to fall off!!
Quite cold here today in NZ there is a cold fromt moving up the island, will even have to light the fire tonight. Keep up the good work everyone. Michael Mosley is on the BBC Knowlege programme tonight at 8.30pm any fellow kiwis. Really looking forward to watching it.
The benefits of fasting in summer!
I admit our old double brick house is pretty heatproof for a day or two of hot weather, but I am wearing a cardigan today as I fast and feel the cold!
Shhh, don't tell anyone, they'll come and carry me away- it's 36 deg outside!
As my tummy rumbles away.
gigi you are mad it is roasting outside woman :D
Wonderful read of posts today. I ammmmm mmmmm hungry too. And yes the pants problem was a joy to picture. Will keep my resolve to hydrate with H2O and eat a plain salad later. Thanks to you all for your humour and wise remarks. :like:
Good evening or good morning. I'm in today. It's going to be a long day for me :clover:
