Me too, second one this week although I'm not sure about Tuesday...I ate nothing Monday night because i felt icky and then did my fast the next day - started off starving - normally I don't have that problem. Went and had an apple for breakfast and that was me off for the day. Couldn't stop thinking about what i could eat next. I ate very light until the evening and then for a normal diet meal...I didn't feel TOO bad and didn't feel as though I'd let myself down because it was over 24 hours since my last proper meal...or am I fooling myself here!! Anyway, today is another day and I've had breakfast again but I've counted out my whole day already - one learns from experience! More organised now! Good luch to you all!! Getting cold here in France. :clover:
Gaynor
Someone leaving and they brought in cupcakes!!!
Another fast day over for me down under in NZ, as Pamie said a cold and damp one too although hubby got the lawns mowed tonight after work before it crapped out again and rained. Bring back our nice spring weather.
Been an easy fast today but busy at work and that does help. Lets hope the scales reflect the fact I've been a good girl!!
Mmmm gin, I'm hooked on tanqueray at the moment, was a Bombay sapphire girl but changed! Could be end of week tipple tomorrow night in the caravan!

Cheers all! Bottoms up!!
Wow the weather in Oz turned quickly didn't it? Seems like 5 mins ago I was moaning about being too hot at 30 degrees and you guys were shivering at 15 degrees. Now its switched except you're getting near to 40 degrees today - good grief I couldn't cope with that! Does it just keep getting hotter then all summer for you? Surely you'll all be dead by Christmas if it keeps going like that! I'm actually enjoying the cooler weather, and trying to tell myself that cycling home from work uphill into a head wind is a good workout! Beautiful sunny crisp fresh autumn day here - love it.

Fasting today - not a work day, have choir practice at lunchtime and will take some emergency oatcakes as in the past when I've fasted on a choir day I can feel a bit faint (low blood pressure?). But that's not been for a while so I'll see how I go.
This was supposed to be my second fast of the week however I have been feeling unwell all week and the Tuesday fast made it worse. Therefore I will have a low calorie day instead.

Les is fasting today.

Hope everyone else has a successful day.
I'm in today. Feeling cold as heating at work is broken and will not be fixed until next week. We have heating at home though so that may be on later. Planning soup, some hummous and veggies for lunch and then beans on toast for dinner.
Hi! I'm in today. Coming up to the hardest bit of my day - making my little boy's lunch!!! - eeek.
Good luck everyone!
Thank goodness that's over, a very hard day which doesn't happen very often thank goodness! Good luck all of you just starting today!
Six weeks in and fasting today. Went out for a drive (it's pouring with rain) to take our mind's off it. Got 2 hours to wait before first meal of 100 calories, yum! Doing 16:8 and 4:3. Good luck everyone
Hi all, I was fasting today but was out all day and nowhere near the net to check in. Busy so it was not too hard not eating. Came home to a small eye filet and loads of veg. In Tasmania it was not hot today, 20 degrees where I am. Quite pleasant.

For UK fasters info: we started daylight saving this week here in Oz, so we are now 10 hours in front of you. Going to sleep now. Hang in there all you northern hemisphere fasters, your day will end too! :geek:
I'm fasting today. It's a beautiful October day - sun is shining but it's lovely and fresh outside so I'm going to do a bit of gardening to keep myself occupied and my head out of the fridge.

Happy fasting everyone :clover:
