I fasted all day - was going to try and go for a liquid fast again but by 7.30 I was so hungry I felt sick. It was while we were out shopping.. and I bought a sausage roll :/ I was still under 500 cals for the day but I felt so disappointed in myself.
Then today I forgot my lunch, and the only shop I pass on my way into work literally sells just crisps and chocolate. I couldn't go another day without eating so I bought a liquid breakfast milkshake and some Doritos, which is nearly half my calories for the day, not good when it's a Friday with a nice meal and wine planned tonight and it won't even fill me up. Grr!
