I know calorie counting on an eating day is a pain, but if you try it for a week you may be able to spot what's going on.
Have you got much to lose btw?
Usual Thursday fast for me, think I need it, had a bit of a binge day yesterday. I have no idea why I just ate and ate and ate, all cr&p! Oh well..not worth worrying about, it was like my fast....just one day

I know what my problem is haha drinking and eating rubbish on weekends. I know it sounds bad but I don't want to give up my wine! But 4 glasses of wine on a Friday night is about 800cals and that's nearly half of my TDEE so then I'm probaby consuming 2500cals or more on Fridays and Saturdays. It's my own fault I know. This WOL is letting me maintain whilst eating and drinking pretty much what I want on 5 days a week but I'm not losing.

Doing a big hike tomorrow so will make sure to have a big breakfast tomorrow, looking forward to that, but for now, a black coffee.

Haha! The rate I'm losing my hopes of a slim trim 2014 Christmas isn't looking good!
I'm fasting today. Quite hungry now but will eat dinner soon. I barbecued some chicken,cauliflower,eggplant and pumpkin last night so I'm going to invent some sort of warm salad with baby spinach and pomegranate molasses as a dressing. Cant wait. No idea of calories but guessing it will be around 300 if i have a cereal sized bowl full.@Wineoclock, have a wonderful time away. I don't want to restrict calories when i go to Phuket in 3 weeks ( but who's counting ) so I'm thinking of 16.8 while I'm away as I'm getting used to not having breakfast everyday now. It worked for Caroline.
Must find something to do!
