I'm in again. Cold but sunny morning. Busy day, so it should be ok. Have a good one everyone.

Hope everyone has an easy day.
And morning to you too wineo'clock, we posted about the same time.
I think I did 16:8 yesterday, can someone tell me if that's right?
On Tuesday night the last thing I ate was at 9.30PM.
I then started eating again on Wednesday at 1.30PM and stopped at 9PM.
It is now a fast day at 7.30AM and I won't eat until about 6PM tonight.

Which part of Tassie are you in, Judio?
Definitely no fasting on holiday, Wineoclock. You probably won't do much damage if it's only a short holiday, and Asian food is pretty weight friendly.
Sounds good, LilSmiler.
I'm fasting today, I've been changing days a bit lately but back on Mon /Thurs
Trying the occasional 16:8 on other days when it suits.
I'm going to try a green papaya salad this evening. I think I can tweak it to be fast day friendly. We ate it at a Thai Restaurant last week and I haven't stopped thinking about it since, so yummy. Also had it in Fiji last year. They say the green papaya is really good for digestion.
I managed to get some yesterday so here goes tonight.
Herb tea and a coffee till then.
Hope the day goes well for all.
Feeling a bit down today so maybe that's why I'm not feeling peckish

Today I ate really well, I am rediscovering the joy of cooking! And I hope it goes as easy as the past 7 times. The day after is another story but even that is getting better

Hi Iztla- to me that is one of the best things about 5:2- that we can cook much more interesting foods guilt free!

Haven't yet decided what dinner is going to be; have to go and do the weekly grocery shopping later so might just pick up some sushi, although it is actually perfect soup weather, hmmm...
Wineoclock, enjoy your holiday and the amazing food (Vietnamese is one of my favourite cuisines), you can get back into fasting when you come back, that's the beauty of 5:2!
Have a lovely day everyone!
