Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.
Please don't make extra threads in here besides the daily fasting threads, if you've got a question please post it in the relevant forum or ask in today's 'Fasting Today' thread, thank you.
My OH & I are in today & still trying to get back to our pre holiday weight & the chocolate fudge we ate last night hasn't helped. This week is really out of routine with fasting last Sunday & now today but back to our usual Monday & Friday fasts next week. We will be on fluids until supper this evening.
Hope you all have a good day especially Gillb as my thoughts are with you & your family.
You're in Finland? If so I think you're the 3rd Finn on the forum, there's Airi in Australia and me in London.
Feeling really ill today so had a cuppa at work and broke my fast. First time ever. I'll be back on Tuesday
Fasted today, harder than usual but got through and had a small dinner. Ready to sleep now, late here in Australia.
Sallyo, I live in the Southern Beaches area, south of Sorell, about 15 minutes from Dunally, on the coast. We weren't burnt out but have 3 friends who were. It was minus degrees something here this morning, sleet and wind. In Hobart there was snow all over the mountain and down to 200 metres in the northern suburbs. Brrr! Roll on spring.
Good luck to all.
Good luck to all
Cuppasoup and ryvita for lunch (85 cals)
Red pepper and ginger soup, followed by Crab Malabar (about 350 cals together) for dinner. I may sneak in some rice.
Does anyone else find they are less hungry in the evening if they sneak a few carbs into their evening meal?
Im in my 6th month on 5:2 and everything is still going well. Over the past 3weeks im finding it hard to have my usual 2 eggs and 5 cherry tomatoes at breakfast approx 5am,so have been leaving my calories for evening meal. I drink the same as before but have noticed I am getting slight headaches any ideas why?
