Love it. Always have one late afternoon and peppermint tea after dinner.
MY post got lost! Anyway, I'd written. It is my 4th fast day and so cannot be bothered. Have to work, look after my 2 yr old and have a cold.... yuck.
About the pub lunch..... two hamburgers without the bun and veggies or one with the bun but no extras @Sallyo
Well that's 2 successful fasts done for the week! I'm off to sleep now. Good luck!
Xxx
Goodnight all! Well done, us. Newbies, it gets easier. You work out how to deal with things. I has eye fillet steak and a 'garden' salad - more like a supermarket salad than 'garden' , but it was all very yummy and not too much, I think. Feel so pleased at the end of every fast day. I did it!
Well after yesterday's fast *ahem* turned into more of a 16:8 (the chocolate cupcakes made me do it!) I'm doing a proper one today. Had lots of tea and coffee so far, and will have a banana later before my yoga/pilates/tai-chi class. Might not get up after the floorwork otherwise

Have a lovely Thursday everyone!

another one. Who's the lucky gal then.
I'm in today - I had trouble sleeping and had a bowl of porridge at 3am because I was hungry so I'm going to have to take those calories from my fasting 500 calories :-(

Oh well, good job I'm not hungry, yet :-)
My 2nd fast day today, so l hope its better than Monday, so far so good.

Good luck everyone.
Also fasting today, going well, this really does get easier with time.

My absolute favourite thing on this site is the slice of pizza at the top of the page, especially on fast days.
Also fasting today, my third fast day (2nd for this week). A glass of wine too many last night and finding today a struggle. have already had most of my cals (whereas other days i have kept them all to the evening), so not sure how it is going to pan out. But my first weigh in tomorrow and that is keeping me strong for now.
I am 'in' today too.
 Forgot to report in this morning and yes I'm fasting today and its going very well indeed.
Can't remember if I posted, but I'm in today, and feeling a lot warmer than at work on Monday, as I'm doing more cleaning! Hopefully will be able to get to teatime, when will have a 300cal meal (just had a babybel to keep me going) and hopefully will have a better rsult to post on the final Valentine's weigh in tomorrow
I'm in today but it's only 7 am here so I have a looooong way to go. I think I can, I think I can :)
Had the liquorice tea and it was yukky. Never mind. Am planning a lovely dinner for tomorrow. How do you find out calories in alcohol?
