So true @Leslie11 I can't put any food in my mouth during fast day or I blow it! As a result I end up having only dinner each fast day but find if I keep busy all day its not too bad.
Went working out with my 15 year older brother, who has lost 50 lbs since last summer, this afternoon, and he totally kicked my ass so am going to busy myself with taking a long good nap now!
Day is almost over - well done all you fasters!!:)
I'm in today also. Its been a busy morning at work, so its made the morning much easier. This is my 4th week of fasting and it definitely gets easier each week.

I'm working the early shift so I'll be done work with about four hours until dinner time. Its a beautiful day today (sunny and hopefully up to about -3C by the time I get home) so I'll be taking the dog for a long walk to kill some of that time! So scary that -3C = a beautiful day, but it's been well below -15C here for a while so its a welcome temperature today!

I'll be having some chicken stock with a little cayenne for lunch and some chicken breast and grilled veggies for dinner, should leave enough calories for some coconut yogurt before bed!

Happy fasting everyone!
I'm in today! Black, decaff tea all day and not long now until I can start preparing dinner. I think I'll spend a little time on the computer - I have various things which need doing - and you can't eat whilst typing!
Hardest part of the fasting day for me is now. I'm preparing food and am actually desperate to eat.
Baking off a whole sliced aubergine and will splodge some bolognaise on it before cooking. Can I hold on til 6. :?:

Yes you can!
I'm with you on that one @carieoates.Unusually today we are all having different things out of the freezer,it means everything is more or less ready but it's way too early to eat it.

I have managed today with just coffee and 3 Werthers sugar free candies, very few rumbles today
Hope you have all got through the day ok. :-)
Today's my usual fast day but I'm still down with flu, yesterday I wrenched my (frozen) shoulder chasing the cat and today my period started. So I have to report I've broken my fast, but I'm a bit sorry for myself and something had to give!

Felt so queasy and weird this morning I thought another cup of tea was going to make me sick, so I ended having a bowl of cereal and blueberries. Other than that I've just found that as well as drinking water I've needed to eat something regularly, so I've had a couple of satsumas and more blueberries as well as my normal salad.

On the Lemsip now which is vile and probably about 100 calories of sugar :curse: and hoping to be able to stick to soup this evening, so I'll still be below my TDEE and I guess, but then again I'm sleeping a lot too and that can't take many calories.

I have this sensation that my body needs food to fight the virus, but that may be an illusion, because I'm not getting better! And yesterday we had a curry and chocolate biscuits, and that didn't help either!

Has anyone else found a way to fight off illness while still fasting?
Dinner eaten, with enough calories left for some fruit and Activia, and of course the bedtime mug of Options.
Weigh in tomorrow for the Valentines Day Challenge, then a Way Hay Valentine's dinner
I'm in! I feel really hungry today but I'll manage. Tomorrow the final weigh in for the Valentine's day challenge.
