I'm in. Stoically ignoring the smell if pizza from the next room where my sister, children and nieces are enjoying lunch on our play date.

Couldn't move fast as I have a weekend if eating out ahead of me and cake and red wine behind me!!

I will eat tomorrow :(
Verdict is in re woolworths Jamaicans jerk chicken
with rice. I'm not too keen on it. It was lovely and fresh and looked appetising but there was a flavour in it that I didn't like and I only had 2 tiny bits of chicken . Hubs had 4 bits of chicken. He liked it.
The end of another fast day. Hoping for a loss tomorrow morning at my weigh in. : )
Fasting today. Had painful physio this morning so feel a little sorry for myself and trying not to turn to food for comfort. Having a banana for lunch and then saving myself for dinner - pork and veg tonight.

3 things that I have found get me through a fasting day: diet coke, peppermint tea and slim cuppa soup.

I been doing this for a week now and although the official weigh in this evening, its looking like a 3lb loss. Happy!
I'm joining you all today. I always find the Thursday fast easier than the Monday for some reason. I've had a blackberry shape yoghurt for breakfast (77cals) and I'm just having a fabulous cup of bovril (10cals). Bovril is definately the answer on fast days, it tastes like meat but is only 10 cals, the drink of the gods :)

Not sure about my meal tonight, either a tin of Heinz Angus steak & veg big soup for 270 cals or whatever I pick up in M&S on the way home.

Thanks for letting us know.
I'm in too....first fast day after a lovely week -long visit from my lovely daughter and her new man! Lots of alcohol involved, so glad I don't like it....DH is having an alcohol free week to recover.
Very grumbly tum, but not long now till dinner...Spanish chicken bake from Hairy Bikers cookbook, 270 cals, and lots of fresh green beans, with a 0% yogurt for pudding.
Am not losing any weight still, friend assures me I'm not eating enough on feed days....
Usually I save my calories for dinner but felt super hungry today, so had 1 belvita breakfast biscuit at 112 calories which seems to have take the edge of. I think the hunger I felt was because yeterday on my in between feed day I grazed all day due to being in a meeting and having a buffet....and then felt too full to eat dinner. I'm hoping to keep healthier things in my work drawer ro days like these but my Ocado shop doesnt come till tomorrow evening so bit low on supplies! Think I might add in some Bovril seeing the amount of people recommending it...
I thought I'd gone over my calories today until I checked out sushi and to my surprise I'm still under 500 calories! bring on the Wonka chocolate tomorrow :)
Hello!
I'm in today! Just back from our Mexico vacation, tons of eating and drinking so I'm ready for a fast today. It doesn't seem like I gained anything from all my tacos and margaritas. I didn't hold back at all, and ordered everything I wanted, though my appetite was smaller and I often couldn't finish my meals. Love 5.2!
Hello, I'm with you guys. I was meant to fast yesterday, but my strong will had a day off lol Started with a coffee and banana at 8, had a wrap filled with salad at 10 and a ham and salad sarnie at 1.
Been looking through the window hoping it won't rain later on, cuz I want to do a bit of intense training in the garden. I'm staying in an attic room atm, and am a bit psyched about breaking through the floor haha :P
If it will rain thou, I will force myself for a tabatta run.

Anyone fasting AND exercising today?
We are in and had a birthday week that seemed to go on and on so just hoping I maintain this week. It's really OK as I enjoyed the cheesecake and dinners out so now back to my regular schedule of our favorite WOE ever ! Good luck out there Fasters
I'm in today. Having a fasting and dvd day with my mum. We've had a ham, egg, tomato, and creme fraiche bake thingy for lunch from one of the 5:2 cookbooks and we have mushroom stroganoff planned for dinner. I'm hungry today again. I want chocolate and ice cream  I will not break though.
Fasting again today as I blew it last night. I made it all the way to 7:45PM and then got talked into taking the kids out to dinner. A big hamburger and a couple of glasses of wine later - I was well over the 500 cals.

Oh well, today will be better.
Zasha
I'm in too. Probably need to go to 4:3 fasting as I seem to be slowly adding the weight back on. Need to do more exercise and less "feasting" on the non-fast days.
I did it! tea has been eaten - salmon fillet and green veg at 330 calories, dessert of 130 calories and white chocolate Options (40 cal's) for later!! Woop -woop!! BBQ with friends tomorrow!! :-)
