Ime another fasty today..... i was not going to do a 2nd day this week as i find it difficult on a work day..... however i thought i would give it a go and hey ho!!!! I have managed it  .... heres to a good weigh-in tomorrow morning
Aaarrggghhh! It's been so hard today. I could've eaten a scabby horse this morning and haven't been able to get rid of the hungry feeling all day. :(

Just had my omelet with tomato, mushrooms and onions and I'm STILL hungry!!

So hoping for a loss when I weigh in tomorrow, but going on the rest of the week it doesn't look good. :(

Oh well, roll on next week! :)
I've been in today too. Found it quite hard,as someone else said I've had a rumbling tum and not a lot of energy today. However I've made it to now, just going to have a coffee and a square of Lindt 85% choc. I don't usually have it on fast days but needed it today. Been gardening all day to keep my mind off eating!
I'm in today. Woke up hungry, but hanging in there. I know I have a huge day of eating ahead of me tomorrow, so trying to remind myself of that every time the "feed me" voice pipes up.

Had a manicure instead of lunch. That helped.

Feeling lighter this week, but we'll see what the weigh-in says. Pants are loose at any rate, so that's a plus!
I saved all my calories for a Hairy Dieters Jambalaya, made with Slim Rice, a huge plateful for under 400 cals.
I'm looking forward to an Options and The Men who Made us Thin on TV at 9.00. I just hope I sleep better than I did after my Tuesday Fast :clover:
We have also successfully completed another fast day - just had dinner of 2 fried eggs (with spray of oil, then flipped to do the top properly), with potatoes left over from dinner yesterday, again just sautéed in a pan with a spray of oil. 175 calories left for pudding...will have a look in the fridge in a while!
Sorry I'm late to the party but I'm here today. Green tea all day then a huge salad with a piece of salmon for dinner. Delicious. Cup of chai tonight and might even treat myself to another. Well done everyone that managed to fast today and good luck next time to those who didn't quite make it.
Good night all thats 2nd fast of the week finished and I do feel a little hungry as im laid in bed writing this, first time in 4 months that has happened. I hope everyone has had a successful fast good night :-):-):-):-)
Fasted all day today then had a lovely dinner of salmon and veg followed by a piece of chocolate fudge cake with ice cream  However, it was in celebration of my baby girl getting into Uni so I think I can cut myself some slack today, #proudmommy
First fast done!
Was ok after my meagre 100cal porridge and raspberry brekkie at 8am, started to feel peckish at about 1pm but just kept busy busy busy all day.
At 8.30pm I had 135cal of chicken breast, 125cal of Uncle Ben's mexican rice and 140cal of roasted veg. (Although I weighed it when frozen so it may have skewed my calculations somewhat!)
Am hungry now so it's off to bed for me!
Had my fast Thursday this week... once again, held off until dinner, then had a little bite with my family. It's a routine! :)
