Hardest fast day ever. I had to rush one of the cats to the vet because she had blood in her urine. She's fine (well, she has tiny kidney stones, but she should be fine), but we didn't finish until 2 AM. I passed two 24 hours McDonald's on the way home, but only stopped for a family mart coffee. I couldn't sleep, but at least I didn't eat anything.
I did it, but boy what a long day! Good luck to you out west :clover:
Got busy running around so didn't have my broth till 7pm. (Have found it's better not to do a meal on light days when I'm "too hungry"; better to have something first to take the edge off.) Very nice dinner: chickenless strips, veggies (incl shitake mushrooms) and buckwheat ramen noodles (wow, 100 cals of those isn't much, but yummy). Still have about 175 cals left for a late snack. Did 10 min full resistance on the Xiser; still learning how to use it (they suggest you get good at it before trying HIIT at lower resistance).
